For instance, what was the quoted price for the monthly rent, and what did they ask for in terms of income and other verification materials. And, how much extra was the in-house storage? Was the laundry coin operated? And, what are the other amenities that you couldn't show us because they were still being built? Were you going to have to pay for them too? In my opinion, the building needed an indoor swimming pool and/or sauna and steam room. Please tell us how much the rent is. Hi! Thanks for your comment and for watching. The price range for the units were listed in the description, $2700-$3600. Price varied depending on size, number of bedrooms, balcony, etc, of whatever unit was available to apply for. I believe the amenity that wasn't finished yet that I mentioned was the photography room. For storage, I wasn't given an exact price since it depends on the size of the storage but "up to $300" is what I was told. Laundry was not coin operated, you use a card/app. Other than storage, amenities were included in the rent. Requirements were the standard for NYC 40x the rent 40x the rent, bank statements, tax returns, etc. The standard stuff, which I was going to cover in a separate video since every unit is different. Our old building had an app for the laundry room and it like never worked lol. It was so frustrating because we thought the same thing. Such a good idea but angering that there was no follow through. Loved the movie room btw.

Builders take advantage of open concept plan by making the apartments super small.
