same. I didnt know why that happened. I guess thats because you got demoted to a bio terrorist.. But even though i chose all evil i just couldn't kill hank infront of his daughter
I don’t think I’ve ever had a jaw drop as genuine as when I saw that bad ending on my first play through. I sat there staring at my screen for what was probably the entirety of the credits. Amazing game
I don't understand why the evil ending is getting hated. It made sense and it was done well! Throughout the game, you kill and kill until you become InFamous. Including the evil choices you made, it levels up your evil karma. You're becoming more and more ruthless without any remorse. Hence why Delsin's eyes became black over time because it shows he's changing into someone or something. Also, the actions reflect on the rage and anger within Delsin which indicates his ruthlessness. Now, Reggie is the only blood family he's got and the moment he lost him, he lost his shit. Then when Betty casts him out, Delsin realised he's got nothing to lose. He did the orbital drop because the Akomish were going to die anyway at some point and that was his way of showing mercy in death. That's why he said to Betty that they will die without him. It's pretty fucked up but it's well done. The evil ending is determined on the evil choices we made over time. We was meant to see what happens when you make evil choices and reflect on yourself.
One thing I really wish was in this game that isn't, is like how the evil route has that murder make-out scene with Fetch, the good scene with her could've had a kiss as well, except it be less lustful, and more romantic/sweet with something like a kiss on the cheek or forehead. I'm a romantic, I can't help it xD You choose good, it's more cute, You choose evil, it's more hot x]
Why did I almost cry when I saw her face of excitement "where's Reggie" and then..... shock. The emotions and voice acting is so good in this game, the only problem was the map was a bit small story got repetitive and too short, and after you beat the game there's like nothing to do.
@@enoughmirror4949 It doesn't matter it's still easy if you play as an evil Delsin in the hard difficulty because you don't have anything to protect plus choices in evil karma actually help you in the game alot of times making the game kinda easier (In thr previous infamous.. if you choose an evil option then it would be more beneficial but if you chose a good option then nothing really happenes) plus choosing good options in easy already makes the game kinda hard

@@necromancer2367Exactly this. I like to see it as Good: She watches from time to time. But Bad? Constantly watching the screen and just waiting to kick Delsin out.
I think she probably did watch the tv but she only saw delsin kill the dup and the hostiles which she understood as he needed to get to to augustine and save the tribe. However evil delsin goes out of his way to kill innocents and protestors which was broadcasted to her.
This game and DIshonoured always made me glad they exist. You can play the games easier, skip sparing/subduing. But the endings are altered depending how you play.
Markel Scott not just Cole and the Beast. Kuo, Nix, Wolfe, and tons of Conduits across the world. Some people didn’t even know they had the Conduit gene.
The next infamous should involve Cole, and continue Delsins Story. Yknow how Keelser (Future Cole) used a power to travel through time? Maybe Evil Cole can use that same power to travel through time and find himself in a universe where he saved humanity. His good ending, and he starts a war among conduits and humans once again which brings Delsin to get involve and the two battle. It would be a nice way to bridge every game together
Time travel has only been done once and from the looks of it, you can only go back to a point in history you’ve lived through. Evil Cole would just go back to a further past where he is still evil.
I love how the playing of heart shaped box in the bad ending. feeds into Del's delusion that he's a hero. Love how 1 track can mean two different things depending on context
I want a DLC where Delsin, as an evil person, gets TONS of new powers from the conduit prisoners. And then he gets to kill any loose cannon conduits in the city with those new powers. It would be super EPIC!
I think that would be cool but it would be a lot for the game to handle, you would need a lot of shards to upgrade each one, and it would make the player not know which power to choose bc of how overwhelmed all of those powers would be
That cold stare Delsin gave Betty in the evil ending when he said that the tribe would die without him was genuinely scary,it just shows how much corrupt and selfish he became.
Holy shit! I knew this game existed, I just never saw the evil or good ending to it till now. DAMN DUDE that evil ending got me in some seriously fucked up feels
I like how the angling of evil delsin walking up to the akomish longhouse makes him look menacing, or basically any word that is similar. Whereas the good delsin walking up to the akomish longhouse is angled in a normal way.
This game definitely intends for you to be good. Some scenes just dont make sense if delsin is evil, mainly Reggies death. He spends the entire game telling delsin to show restraint and mercy, than right before he dies, changes his mind and says hes proud of Delsin. Proud of delsin despite the mile wide trail of blood he left behind.
A little detail I just noticed is that in the good ending, when Delson artistically depicts freeing the imprisoned Conduits, he colors the circles around their hands that represent their powers in the neutral color of translucent-white However, in the bad ending those circles that represent powers are colored more blue. It might just be a necessary colorayion choice because of the differing backgrounds, but I like the interpretation that in the good ending, Delson has no real emotion either way towards the possible powers the other conduits have, while in the bad ending the most concrete virtue he sees in freeing the other conduits is the powers he might gain.
I like that even in the Hero ending, he still absolutely _hates_ Augustine. After all the crap she did to him and his people, no amount of good will is gonna redeem her.
I love the subtle difference between the dialogue and the good and bad endings. Bad ending says he has a promise to take care of, and good ending says he has a promise to keep. It's a subtle way of changing his point of view depending on whether or not he's good or evil
Yes because instead of Delsin taking his anger out of Augustine he did the right thing to expose her because deep down in the good Delsin he knew that Reggie would want to expose her but not to kill her that’s why he told Delsin to stop doing that stuff so he wouldn’t end up like her but worser
No Delsin actually fits in both categories he was always a bit cocky seing himself as an Artist who is destined for more so there was a strong possibility power could corrupt him
This game, while not the best, at least had the ending feel like you made an impact. Throughout the story, it doesn't feel like your choices of good or evil actually change much especially since your brother dies and treats you the same way on either path. The ending is the only part to me that makes it feel like your choices come back to play a part.
At least infamous 2's evil ending made sense. They weren't sure there was another option, and they thought conduits were the future, so cole decides to save conduits instead. Evil delsin is just an asshole lmao
This won't happen as Reggie doesn't have the conduit gene. At the beginning of the game Delsin and Reggie have to pass through a the conduit detection scanner at a DUP checkpoint. Reggie tested negative for the gene while Delsin unsurprisingly tested positive.
The evil route doesnt really make sense since I cant really see delsin as an "evil" person. He's rebellious and a bit if a douche but he's fundamentally just a good dude.
Infamous [title] - Reggie survived and his conduit gene was activated. The only problem is that he's suffering from amnesia and can't remember his origins.
Being Bad makes everything easy but having people hate your guts in the process. Being Good is hard but in the end the hard work pays off by people who see you as a Hero or Legend.

Now that I graduated I look back in the good ole times I had with this game. I also just recently platinumed the game lmao 3 years later (I know I'm late) but it was worth it :-)
same. I didnt know why that happened. I guess thats because you got demoted to a bio terrorist.. But even though i chose all evil i just couldn't kill hank infront of his daughter
I platinumed the game just a few days ago, I'm super late LMAO
@@MrPwner911 I’m on my third playthrough to platinum the game, I’m unbelievably late
@@Sir_Slice better late than never
@@MrPwner911 facts my man!
The feels by the good ending...
Damn the evil ending is dark as fck. I did the good ending first and now made a second save for bad ending lol.
We was meant to see what happens when you make evil choices and reflect on yourself.
yeah all agreed but i don't think he killed them out of mercy i think he did it to cut loose ties and it was out of anger and regret
One thing I really wish was in this game that isn't, is like how the evil route has that murder make-out scene with Fetch, the good scene with her could've had a kiss as well, except it be less lustful, and more romantic/sweet with something like a kiss on the cheek or forehead.
I'm a romantic, I can't help it xD
You choose good, it's more cute,
You choose evil, it's more hot x]
I TuesdayReference I YES that what I hate when you choose good with fetch.
You do know that you still sleep with Fetch in Good Karma. They reference it in the phone call the next day.
The Real Sloth yeah they were just talking about the kiss scene
Commander Quisitor 💀imagine fuckin a junkie doe
Cold Cut Ex-junkie
Why did I almost cry when I saw her face of excitement "where's Reggie" and then..... shock. The emotions and voice acting is so good in this game, the only problem was the map was a bit small story got repetitive and too short, and after you beat the game there's like nothing to do.
You know I replayed the story again but on hard difficulty and became evil
@@enoughmirror4949 It doesn't matter it's still easy if you play as an evil Delsin in the hard difficulty because you don't have anything to protect plus choices in evil karma actually help you in the game alot of times making the game kinda easier (In thr previous infamous.. if you choose an evil option then it would be more beneficial but if you chose a good option then nothing really happenes) plus choosing good options in easy already makes the game kinda hard
I love how she only watched the news for the evil ending
I think it's more like
If Betty knows he's doing good, Betty can rest easy and think of her health.
But when Betty saw him doing evil, she can't keep her eyes away from the TV.

Zenxolu oooo you saved us 12 seconds thanks 😑
Quasiem Edmondson he said your welcome 😃
This game and DIshonoured always made me glad they exist. You can play the games easier, skip sparing/subduing. But the endings are altered depending how you play.
WHY DOES SOME ONE HAVE TO DIE INFAMOUS ALL THE DAMN TIME 😢😢😢
Cause then it would be boring
Shonna Jackson bruh it's like hundreds u can kill almost everyone
Skeet lmao ikr
Markel Scott not just Cole and the Beast. Kuo, Nix, Wolfe, and tons of Conduits across the world. Some people didn’t even know they had the Conduit gene.
Cus Its not marvel
The next infamous should involve Cole, and continue Delsins Story. Yknow how Keelser (Future Cole) used a power to travel through time? Maybe Evil Cole can use that same power to travel through time and find himself in a universe where he saved humanity. His good ending, and he starts a war among conduits and humans once again which brings Delsin to get involve and the two battle. It would be a nice way to bridge every game together
Cool.
Cole... Idk, Coles timeline is so screwy, maybe he's alive?... probably not though.
Time travel has only been done once and from the looks of it, you can only go back to a point in history you’ve lived through. Evil Cole would just go back to a further past where he is still evil.
But who would you play as
Tessaler is Cole and he can time travel. What if he is alive?
weather it's evil evil or good that nirvana song makes it awesome
Yea
2:35 the moment I realized what a monster Delsin had become
I love how the playing of heart shaped box in the bad ending. feeds into Del's delusion that he's a hero. Love how 1 track can mean two different things depending on context
It's 2021 and I'm still watching this game is legendary.
4:41 Except the good ending to Infamous 2 showed they could, as Conduits were very much capable of performing humanistic actions
Pan Z i know im two years late but, the government and DUP covered cole's legacy in order to provide the strict future for conduits
I love both endings, but the evil one shocked me when I experienced it for the first time, didn't expect for Delsin to kill Betty at the end
For me, this was the first true PS4 game that I was looking forward to and it did not disappoint.
I want a DLC where Delsin, as an evil person, gets TONS of new powers from the conduit prisoners. And then he gets to kill any loose cannon conduits in the city with those new powers. It would be super EPIC!
I would love that
I think that would be cool but it would be a lot for the game to handle, you would need a lot of shards to upgrade each one, and it would make the player not know which power to choose bc of how overwhelmed all of those powers would be
2:40
The evil in his eyes
Jeez
that's what happens when you become the thing you sought to Destory
In the evil ending he only gets pissed of when bettie mentions reggie 😭😭😭
I’m so glad this was on recommended, this game was the highlight of my 2014 when I got this as my bundle game.
That cold stare Delsin gave Betty in the evil ending when he said that the tribe would die without him was genuinely scary,it just shows how much corrupt and selfish he became.
I love this game but the evil ending :0
i know right

@@Jack3o45 lame
I wonder how difficult it be to remember all the hundreds of powers you've obsorbed.
I swear the evil ending gives me chills every time... LOVE IT!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Imagine getting beat by a guy that only had his powers for a couple weeks while you had your powers for years
He beat her with the concrete power so he beat her with a power that he had for like 15 mins💀💀
@@poorwabbley807 LMAO
The evil ending is SOOOOOO SATISFYING if you want to be evil. Love it
I like that even in the Hero ending, he still absolutely _hates_ Augustine.
I really like the good ending
For me it was much better than the evil ending
i think we all prefer betty not blown up in a firey inferno
Yeah
Yes because instead of Delsin taking his anger out of Augustine he did the right thing to expose her because deep down in the good Delsin he knew that Reggie would want to expose her but not to kill her that’s why he told Delsin to stop doing that stuff so he wouldn’t end up like her but worser
What I love about the evil ending is that he still cared about her
right before going all alQaeda on his home
Am I wrong for loving the ending were Delsin's actions basically says "fuck the Akomish".
No Delsin actually fits in both categories he was always a bit cocky seing himself as an Artist who is destined for more so there was a strong possibility power could corrupt him
I love how the good ending sets up a sequel or spin off of 2nd son. Seeing as the good endings are canonical in the infamous series
We need a new infamous game
i loved how the evil ending was literally fucking evil. made me realize im not evil lol
I played evil my second run as I did with the first two and when he dropped on the long house I about died 😂
THIS is a series that could use a new instalment
Totally
This game, while not the best, at least had the ending feel like you made an impact. Throughout the story, it doesn't feel like your choices of good or evil actually change much especially since your brother dies and treats you the same way on either path. The ending is the only part to me that makes it feel like your choices come back to play a part.
The way the credits start in this game is so iconic. It's so simple yet so stylish at the same time.
Definetly the best evil ending i seen so far, so unexpected!
At least infamous 2's evil ending made sense. They weren't sure there was another option, and they thought conduits were the future, so cole decides to save conduits instead. Evil delsin is just an asshole lmao
I Wish They could make a sequel or DLC that makes you fight Delson in the evil ending as Eugene or Fetch like prototype 2
Uhh it's delsin not "Delson"
SW4GDR4G3N420 Prototype 2 is an abomination.
exept in the evil ending they're on your side
Just imagine how OP would Delsin be if he sucked out the powers of everyone in Curdun Cay.
The One avatar
Theoretically he does in the bad ending
I just got the news that my uncle was murdered and I just love that quote in 6:31 “I love you, and I’m sure gonna miss you”
Just finished the game as true hero and am glad i decided to become a hero
6:10 that moment made me cry
Delsin after Killin the akomish: I'm told that hurts
2:17 ok thats cool but hes got super awesome powers now
forgot delsin nuked them lmao they was probably like bruh
In the next game I hope Reggie comes back as a water conduit
Would be kinda cool if Reggie came back as a water conduit and had to defeat evil Delsin.
Too bad he fucking drowned
@@Lorenzo-bo7id Who knows? Maybe he was saved by a water conduit, maybe
@@moonstonemystic1550 not everyone chose evil so that wouldn't work
This won't happen as Reggie doesn't have the conduit gene. At the beginning of the game Delsin and Reggie have to pass through a the conduit detection scanner at a DUP checkpoint. Reggie tested negative for the gene while Delsin unsurprisingly tested positive.
1:51 Dozens? I killed thousands at least in my evil playthrough alone.
I swear to god if I see another Joe Donnelly commercial I'm gonna scream.
When it comes to the emotional level, this game is one of the greats
The evil route doesnt really make sense since I cant really see delsin as an "evil" person. He's rebellious and a bit if a douche but he's fundamentally just a good dude.
Wow it's crazy how this was 6 years ago
I think infamous three should bring Cole back and he sees the new age of conduits
He dead though
Swaggerifix329 nahh remember at the end of the good story on infamous 2 the question mark lightning bolt
Or they continue off of the evil ending.
www.shacknews.com/article/83652/infamous-2s-evil-ending-was-supposed-to-be-canon-until
this will explain it to you.
Don't milk Cole, he was a great character, but it's time to move on to newer ones.
Delson as evil feels like it has some real sequel potential
Infamous [title] - Reggie survived and his conduit gene was activated. The only problem is that he's suffering from amnesia and can't remember his origins.
This game still surprises me with how good it looks
One of the first games l bought for my PS4, and l still play it to this day. Loved it, l hope they make another or more DLC.
Being Bad makes everything easy but having people hate your guts in the process. Being Good is hard but in the end the hard work pays off by people who see you as a Hero or Legend.
Who here was a hero

Could never bring myself to do something evil in the imfamous games. Other than rhe accidental missing my fire shots and hitting someone. (I went to heal them don't worry)
