Inspired by - How to find inspiration for your next card!

- Today, I took inspiration from our Facebook group member Tracy Renner and used parts of her beautiful card to create my own card! I loved how she placed her design inside three circles and how they overlapped. I thought that was very creative! So I used that idea to make this colorful floral card. I used one of the leftover pieces to make a second card too. And I used our viewer's advice for the greeting. I hope you enjoy this video and I will be looking for more inspiration from you to use in my next edition of "Inspired by!"

Thanks so much for watching!

the way you think on your feet and design on the fly boggles my mind. you are the queen of LIVE.
It is my experience that once you watch a video, your mind is so involved with remembering what you learned and what you liked, that you forget to go and click the like button. So I have developed a system where as soon as I go into a new video I click the like button. If on a very rare occasion I realize that I did not appreciate the video, I simply go back and click the like button again. So my having liked it disappears. I strongly believe that when we sit through a video the person who presented it to us deserves our show of appreciation.
blingering, laughed out loud, thank you, this will be added to my repertoire
B lingering….great word of the day Tom.

Great cards and loved the word of the day!
Babysitting my granddaughter so I missed the live! Love how you just craft and we get to see your process as you create!
I was a doubter but now I am a believer. Really cool technique. Thanks
I watched both Tuesday and Thursday on replay. I love how you just go with the flow. Today my kit came in the mail. Now I am going to be busy playing with the kit!!!!!!!!!!
Oh wow! Wonderful cards. I like both equally. I might have to remortgage my house to be able to afford my card habit. 😚 Tom I will evermore say blingering. 😂❤
Hi Gina & Tom....love these ideas..& Toms word of the day awesome 👌 👏 ❤❤
These cards are so cool! 😎
So ironic that this one time Gina didn't "blinger" at the end. lol Wonderful inspiration cards by Tracy Renner, and I love Gina's interpretation to make her own. Both are such great designs... Like a reverse mask effect.
Nothing wrong with changing your mind!
What a great idea to do ‘inspired by’ cards!! I love it.
😮 I like your tip of using a blending stump to add ink to an image. I’ve used a marker 😢 in the past, and you are right Gina, it’s better than horrible!
Thank you for sharing this card. You have inspired me to try this card as well.
I love the inspiration segment. Please keep doing this! It’s great!!
Great inspiration! Thanks Gina!❤
Beautiful results. Find your inspiration a true success.
This card is amazing. I’m late to watching, but so glad I didn’t miss it!
LOL - Blingering - LOL
I love this technique, Gina. Thank you for sharing this!
This is great! And I have to say I LOVE the template trick. I use it a lot!
I knew it would be these cards. They are beautiful!
Missed live so watching now. Really like the ideas for this card. Opens up more ideas!
Love the mosaic style cards, Gina. Such a great way to use inspiration from a follower that was initially inspired by your creativity.
I apologize for missing the Live. Health appointment takes priority, sorry. Great way to use leftover pieces - planels for another creation(s). Wonderful INSPIRATION from yours and Tracy. "BLINGERING" WOTD PERFECT, TOM!❤ Missing you great idea!
Watching on rewind! This is gorgeous and I’m inspired to try it!
Beautiful cards Tracy!
Love your videos! Whenever I watch a video, I always click the like button before I watch the video. This helps me keep track of the videos I have watched. I also feel that, since they are free to view, it is the least I can do. (If a video were to be seriously offensive, I could always go back and unlike it) Your videos get all the likes! 😊
The red background is so pretty❤
Beautiful! I'm inspired!! ❤
Great take off on Tracy's
Absolutely gorgeous!!!
Your cards are beautiful!!!
What a great card!❤❤❤
I love this technique and this card that you brought from your mind to the camera before our eyes!!
Love these techniques - and inspiration
Will enjoy the play back.
What a great inspiration and your idea is great!! Beautiful!
Way to go Tracy!
I love these cards!
Love the Instri-cut. Thank you for making my crafting life less frustrating.
This card is amazing. You're so talented.
I joked about Tom getting a cot after your last video regarding Gina’s parking… just know I was laughing with you two, your such a cute couple!
I love this technique!
Love that you did this. I was just wowed by the cards that Tracy Renner posted and the colours she picked in her other one.
Watching the replay! ❤
I've bought this bundle but feal that there aren't enough sample example cards especially from you Gina. Please do some more
Beautiful Gina!!!!
Beautiful Card!
Wind died down. So able to watch Gina K and Tom. When the wind blows, internet goes.
...and it is still possible to make the third card. Just stamp the floral on a larger piece of white cardstock, glue the colourful one onto it and trim around. 3 card technique accomplished 😊
Such bright cheerful cards. Thanks.
I’ve heard of Mercury in Retrograde from a commercial but didn’t realize that was actually a thing. Although, that may be what happened to my last order from your shop. Somehow my mail carrier dropped my package off at someone else’s house. When it hadn’t arrived on the designated date I checked Informed Delivery. It said that my package had been delivered and was on my front porch. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my front porch. I contacted USPS who agreed that they made a mistake and apologized. It took me an extra four days before I finally got my package, intact, thank heaven. Is that kinda what you were talking about?
Love this card! Can you tell me the difference of what black ink to use for stamping when you want to water color or color with alcohol markers so it doesn’t disturb the black ink??
Beautiful
i often over blingering on my cards. Thanks Tom!!
I think it would have looked even better with the different size circles, especially including the black. More interest.
Do you ever use clear embossing powder over your black outlines? I started doing that and it seems to make it look brighter.
The colored panel with 1 circle cut out -- I bet it would look really neat with the reverse border (is that what you call it?) Around the underside of the cutout.
White card bace and miss you is the best oh my heart!
Gorgeous card on Red. What red was that so I can order that paper. Thank you.
I’ve been so excited about this video but didn’t get home in time.
I could see the second card the opposite from the first one using printed white circles 😁
Where did you buy your Misty? Also where do I buy your ink stamp pads?
Gina is that cutting machine as easy to crank as it looks?
Interesting inspiration
Wish that I could make your live! ❤
Fabulous cards! Except you didn't do any blingering on either of them!
Beauty
Lol, I always thought CASE stood for Copy and Strategically Edit 😅
I like that!
what tool are you using to press down on your stamp to make sure it has good coverage.? Brand?
It’s a homemade one that a friend of mine made for me from a curtain finial and a furniture protector pad.
@@GinaKDesigns-StampTV now that's thinking outside the box.,thanks for the info.
So imspirng.
Hello Gina and Tom Fram Australia
Here in Minnesota we call it scraplifting 😂
Could of used the press and seal after you lined them up the first time.
Good afternoon everyone.
Hi!😊
Hello everyone
Very different from your “inspiration” card. So,pretty.
Mercury in retrograde..... No wonder my land line and computers have been wacko all day!!!
Ya’ll need to start your own dictionary, lol.
😂
No need to be BLINGERING on these cards
