If you’re ever going to like spinach? Try it creamed. It’s something I grew up on. Back then people just made it. Give this a shot. Make sure you have some mashed potatoes sitting next to it.

So true!! Melissa Jo recipes is definitely a copycat. She's not friendly and down to heart like Shereen though. Shereen is truly a chef and a very confident beautiful down to earth woman. Melissa Jo although doesn't use quality home made ingredients. She's just okay.

I have never had creamed spinach but one I have to have that, plus the gruyere cheese in it. Its making me weep that I can't just have it RIGHT NOW. This looks so amazing and can't wait to make it. Hopefully its as easy to make as you make it look. REALLY I CAN NOT WAIT TO MAKE THIS.
