Stage four cancer is a long war with many battles in it. Some we lose, and some we win.

When you’re fighting a war, there are always setbacks. You don’t win every battle. The key is to not lose hope and keep going. One of the most difficult things about fighting cancer as a patient is keeping up the fight and staying positive. This is why it’s so important to find others Who are going through what you are going through to support you and encourage you. It’s also important that family and friends who are not going through this keep letting you be real with them and feel your feelings but also keep encouraging you. I am blessed to have some very close, family and friends who understand this, but this is not the case for everyone. so if you’re reading this and you want to be an encourager of someone you love who’s going through the cancer war make sure you give them room to feel what they’re feeling. Don’t tell them the stats on what their chances are of surviving and don’t tell them about other people you know who have passed away from cancer.
Tell them you love them.💙
tell them that they’ve got this! 👍
Be there for them when they need you as much as you possibly can.🙏
and just now that what they are going through is one of the most difficult things, a human being can experience.
