The load position is vital because it's the last thing that happens before a player makes a swing.
If the load is off, the whole swing is off...
therefore, we need an optimal load.
Now what does that mean exactly?
    Optimal?
    The answer is simple...
…consistent, solid contact with tons of speed! That's exactly what we go over in today's lesson. How to load to optimize consistency without losing bat speed and power.
Thanks for watching and I hope to help you much more with your game in the future!

I love the simplicity of what you teach. It makes a lot of sense. It seems like the load part is only done with your hands and not accompanied by a weight shift. Would you say that's true? Do we not want to gather our weight over our back side?

Hey David! For the most part, the load can be/feel independent, as long as a little shift back doesn't break the load down, that is fine. But for a stock swing, we want to keep about the same weight disbursement during the load as we do at a setup. Thanks for the question!

Counter rotating around a flexed trunk makes it almost impossible for the hands to drift behind the toe-line. Seems that this would only be an issue for someone that is too steep in their posture to begin with.
