Ingredients
1-3 Packs of Imitation Crab Meat or be fancy and use real crab :)
1/2 Finely Chopped White Onion
4-6 Finely Chopped Celery Stalks
1 -1 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup White Vinegar (Also good with 2 TBSP)
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 Tbs Sugar
1/2 Tsp Celery seeds
Salt to taste

Girl I had to come back and tell you that I made this for my family and they LOVED IT! I’m boughetto 😹 so I made it with imitation crab meat and salad shrimp. I have a version of this I made for years but it has eggs green onions and tomatoes with a creole seasoning. But this is very light simple and way easier to make and my husband loves it. I used celery flakes in in place of celery seeds. This worked because I had everything already except for the celery seeds. They ate it with crackers and on bread. I just love your channel. I’m going to knuckle down and get serious with my keto so let me binge watch some more of your videos🥰

I just made this for the second time! This is the one! You nailed it! I used a sweet onion, (not a onion lover) and a little extra celery seed, other than that I followed exactly. Ok.. this makes me Soo happy...and now you HAVE to do the deli broccoli salad. The one with nuts, dried fruit, sunflower seeds and bacon!! Thank you for these great recipes!
I make one that is declicious. Super easy. Cut up raw broccoli florets. I do them fairly small for easy eating. Finely chopped red onion, raisins. some chopped green apple, sliced almonds and I get the microwave bacon and chop that up into it. then for the dressing I mix mayo and a baslamic vinaigrette( i like paul newmans) and then add sugar to taste. I like it slightly sweet and toss it all together.. so fresh , crunchy and super yummy! you could do dried canberries or cherries instead of raisins.. i bet even dried apricot would be good in it.
I don't eat crab but love all your videos no matter what. I'll pass this on to any one who loves crab and give you credit.
