Such a great event Good Food Show 2024 at NEC in Birmingham. The exhibition had lots of beautiful floral displays and food and snacks were on sale. A very interesting event. I look forward to your next video, my friend. 👍

Looks like a good day out, beautiful flowers and gardening lectures, not to mention Dawn getting slowly sozzled bit by bit!! Would have been good to hear some of the comments made by the stall holders. Again, very nicely done and informative. All the best, Steve.
Great day out at the show. We have enjoyed just one visit and then after often being away at the time it was scheduled never really gave it a thought. We used to visit several of the RHS shows too but have not been for a few years. Really must plan better next year when hopefully I will be fully mobile again. While Ivor is very much into the plants I linger longer over the foods on display. Another interesting video.

I've always wanted to go to these but thought it would be mega expensive. That's a really good price, especially with under 16s being free! Being surrounded by flowers and food sounds like the perfect day out. Awh I love Monty Don. I'd have been drunk after all those samples haha. I need to keep an eye out for this next year. (Sadly, however, although you two may be able to pass as "under 16", I'm afraid it would no longer be possible for me!) 1:02-1:14: Fish & chips on a bus - a rare luxury! 1:36-1:47/3:48-3:59/4:18-4:30/6:04: What were your four tipples, Dawn? (Not too much - I hope!) 1:49-2:01: Did you two manage to have a chat with any famous gardener? 2:32-2:57: Beautiful displays! 2:58-3:06: What song was he playing? (And was he any good?) 5:18-5:31: What were those plants you bought, Dave?
Hi Phil this is a great event. We went to Chelsea a few time but it is so expensive, whereas this is really cheap easy to get to and parking right next to the sight. So this is now the show we attend and add in the Good Food show and its such a great event. Mostly flavoured gins and vodkas, they are very small samples but very nice all the same. Dave bought a salvia which he had been searching for. We got to see many of the gardeners and chefs but the ones we talked to were not of the tv variety. We can definitely recommend this show its the best value one we know. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️

Great day out at the show. We have enjoyed just one visit and then after often being away at the time it was scheduled never really gave it a thought. We used to visit several of the RHS shows too but have not been for a few years. Really must plan better next year when hopefully I will be fully mobile again. While Ivor is very much into the plants I linger longer over the foods on display. Another interesting video.

Hi guys yes was a great day out a good combination plants and food . Was a bit chilly, we are at Download Festival over weekend and weather doesn't look great for that either mind you we have had a few muddy days there in the past 😀 so won't put us off. I've always wanted to go to these but thought it would be mega expensive. That's a really good price, especially with under 16s being free! Being surrounded by flowers and food sounds like the perfect day out. Awh I love Monty Don. I'd have been drunk after all those samples haha. I need to keep an eye out for this next year. Thanks Stacey it is a really great event. If you book in advance there was a £5 discount. With both events included it was great value. There were some interesting flavours poor Dave was driving so I had to make the most of it 😆. It is a great combination of gardens food and drink. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️

Hi Phil this is a great event. We went to Chelsea a few time but it is so expensive, whereas this is really cheap easy to get to and parking right next to the sight. So this is now the show we attend and add in the Good Food show and its such a great event. Mostly flavoured gins and vodkas, they are very small samples but very nice all the same. Dave bought a salvia which he had been searching for. We got to see many of the gardeners and chefs but the ones we talked to were not of the tv variety. We can definitely recommend this show its the best value one we know. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
