Thank you Alan, I love your programmes. Your genuine interest in the people you interview and your passion for plants mean there is always a treat in store. 🎉
Well, that was a treat to really see what the garden looks like. Those espalier'd fruit trees look very old. As an American, the nearest place I've seen with a kitchen garden that vast was the Mount Vernon estate of George Washington. All are fortunate that His Majesty has such an affinity for gardening and the environment.
Thank you so much for guiding us around Highgrove' s garden. I love gardening, especially the English garden due to the natural aesthetics. I'm Brazilian and my future plan is visiting England and the gardens there.
Very nice garden. I’d love to see the head gardener Melissa work with Joel Ashton of Wild Your Garden youtube channel, he’s a working expert in wildflower meadows, and champion of traditional U.K. wildflower habitat. I’d like to see Alan celebrate that too. Heritage wild flowers that we consider weeds could be grown and displayed in a new innovative way. I’ve just watched my neighbour pull out a load of red valerian, just when the hummingbird hawk moth is on its way from southern Europe looking forward to a hearty meal ☹️
Missing the wildness and local plants. It is more like a manicured historical arboretum with architectural features thrown in for interest. Sustainability not in my book. It has it's place in garden history though.

I love early spring. There's excitement every day as you see new things emerging, and so much promise of what's to come.
Beautiful! Support Highgrove and you help a lot of people thru charity.
Lovely garden and interesting talk about the plants.
Absolutely stunning❤
The gardens look beautiful i was having problems with slug and snails it seems to have calmed down now they have eaten lots of my plants
Too bad this wasn't filmed in the summer....
Ahh yes, but this way you can see the beautiful bones of the garden. I loved it.
Wow they should build affordable housing there!

In the past my garden has been full of bees and butterflies. Hardly anything this year. Whats happened????
Late spring/summer and general decline, we're the same, worrying
@@lizziemyers9015 Im concerned at fewer birds in the garden as well.
Charles is not a plural so you mean Charles’s.
