Hi Mark. I was your online student last year and I need to admit that your lessons about arm swing totally work. I started this season with my shoulder pain because I finished last season with bad swing which produces damage that I need to heal it for last 6 months... I started this season with similar pain and research what went wrong. The answer was in this video. After 3 days of working on armswing biomechanics my pain when hitting the ball reduces by 99% + bands exercises. Thank you for this!
Super Video, i find the signific think in my Arm-Swing-Technics, do to this better.. the results are very cool! The moment, wen the Elbow comes near the head and the wrist feels like a Gum is so much cool haha
This question is not related on the surface to this topic, maybe it is however......when a beach player plays grass most would think that the beach player has the advantage , I've notice not so even when the athletes are very comparable. What is the one difference that is evident to you of the varying cicumstances?
Beach is a type of ground that eats a lot of energy to move around in, so it favours smaller steps and you also naturally cant jump that high, so you need to compensate a lot with technique. Sand will also fatigue you faster, so you have to be lazier with your movement. More diving, less running. If you play on grass it's more about actual speed and getting behind the ball with movement. The ground is significantly harder so jumping high is more important. You want to get behind the ball more, because you a) can move faster and b) diving is way less appealing. Grass is more comparable to hall than beach, so it naturally would favour hall players more.
