Hint next time using the onion soup. Use a mini chopper, blender, emersion blender and pulse it and mush it up. Works great!! Blessings!

Well for lunch today I made enchiladas for my family, and I did the no roll method you show in the video and it was just as tasty as it would have been had i rolled them, I actually think more filling fit in them since I didn't have to roll them tight. I thought it was great👍👍

Also tip: you can just buy beef stock if you dont like the onion in the french onion soup. So instead of using the 2 different soups, you can just buy the cream of chicken soup and the beef stock separately and there will be no onions to throw away.
