Hello sir. Thank you very much for the information you provided. Could you please let me know if there is a way to put shock absorbers on the rear wheel of the CIAO? Regards Spiros
Thanks for uploading this, I bought a new old stock frame fresh from factory and building it from parts. Lol. What model is this ciao and what year? My frame is identical and uses a square seatpost support with spring, but I have to convert it to a round seatpost.
If you want your cylinder head smooth you could just rub it in circles against sandpaper and then put on a cylinder head gasket, that would work, my ciao got a 60 fuel screw and it goes super smooth, you can drill the intake a little more and if you want you can watch how to remove that plug with a screw and some glue. That will give your ciao more air because now your airfilter have a lot of potential that it doesnt have a chanse to show. If you have a blade meassure you can tune your ignition because it sounds like u have tha stock one. If you change it from 0.04 to 0.05 the motor can run at higher rpms and will have a better acc.
the problem is not with the cylinder head. but with the decompression valve i used the old one on a new cylinder head. i already got a new one from jmpb . I've done a lot of work on this bike before I started with UA-cam so I don't have many videos of building the engine. the intake has already been drilled out with 13 mm. so it's ready for the 13/13 carb. I also bought an open air filter. indeed it is still the original ignition. someday I will change to an adjustable one. but first I want the engine to work.
Good job
Thank you so much sir for giving important information.
No problem
Great vid, keep the series going
