When I hear Mr. Blinken say that palestinian lives are equal to Israeli ones I'd like very much to believe him, but unfortunately all the facts contradict him. If the US administration considered Palestinians as human beings this war would have been ended long time ago. How can you explain that Blinken is still against a cease-fire despite all the daily atrocities? despite the opinion of the majority of the american people? The double standard is appauling; in few weeks the US built a coalition and started Bombing Yemen because they disrupt Maritime transport in the Red Sea but couldn't do anything for the 2 Million Gazans whose lives have been destroyed. I really appreciate all the efforts made by the US and all the world to save the Israeli hostages in Gaza, but on the other side who is doing anything to help the people of Gaza, they are also hostages of Israeli forces, and they are being bombed, starved..etc? I believe there is no other way than a cease-fire now

Yes 50% of world trade is going through Taiwan strait, but Blinken did not mention that most of the traffic going through Taiwan strait are China related. Obviously China does not need USA to protect its trade route.

@@xgguo3531 This is the official position of most ASEAN countries incl Singapore, Malaysia and so on. Also, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan are all countries that have an inherent interest in the surrounding waters. The best position is not neutrality. It is sending China back to the 50s.
I’m very surprised, and somewhat skeptical, that ALL of Israel’s neighbors that Secretary Blinken met…are unanimous about Israel’s right to exist, to be secure and prosperous, and to play a major role in the greening of the desert.
