Thread: Uni-thread 6/0, Brown
Rib: Tying thread tag end
Wing: Deer hair, natural
Abdomen: Hare, dyed olive (or color to match the natural)
Thorax: Hare's ear, natural
Note: To fish, apply paste floatant to wing and thorax only - the abdomen should ride below the film.
Pattern: Bob Wyatt, fly: Hans Weilenmann

Very well done as usual. Do you think this fly best represents a caddis emerger, or do you think it will cover other species of insects as well?
Also, do you dub the abdomen and thorax in any other color combinations for different mayflies, etc?

I dont think that running the thread so far into the bend is a good idea. With a hook like the one in the video you will lose propably 8 out of every 10 fish you hook
