Mod menus abuse a bug within LBP3's system, bringing over a sackbot from the level to the pod, that follows where ever the player goes, and holds the player's sackling and mod menu.
The best you could ever hear, Pod surfing 6, And LBP4. Lbp has been my childhood joy so hearing Lbp4 playtesting makes me so happy because that means it is coming in one way or another eventually.
