and also I respect your opinion, but personally I think "Furry soles, hot coals" was probably my second favorite level from the ziggurat, the 3D was crazy to see the first time I saw that, and it's fun moving around lol
I think Karting Lessons falls so flat because especially in comparison to all the other introduction levels in LBP it doesn't try to do anything creative with the karting format, or with the visuals and sort of just serves as a once and done control scheme dump for the rest of the game. Unlike all the other introduction levels it isn't visually unique from the rest of the game and could be easily confused as a part of Garden Grip.
For LBP1, I have to disagree with you on Elephant Temple. Unlike what you implied, the level doesn't JUST consist of the elephant part, that's only the finale. Everything before that is pretty good. Sure, gameplay-wise it somewhat blends with The Dancer's Court, but it's visually distinct enough to excuse it, at least in my opinion. My own pick for the worst (main) level in LittleBigPlanet has to be The Darkness. It's not bad or anything, but it's _so slow_. I would have been happy if the dog just moved a _little_ bit faster. Again, it's not particularly bad, but I'd sooner replay any other (main) level in the game rather than it.
On a sidenote, I consider Got the Hump, to be the (as far as I recall) hardest level I’ve ever aced, the fact that, when done alone (I.E. me at the time I did it) you can easily get swarmed, in addition have limited recovery stations, and can be difficult to spot all prize bubbles, to me it was the last stand toward 100% completion of the main story, but with that said what was your hardest level to ace Ultimate LBP?
i was about ready to fight you on these but you actually make good points personally my least favorite level from sackboy a big adventure is the one where vex bugs are introduced from the second world. it's a bit boring, and feels like there's not a lot of replayability because it's not super engaging. imo world 2 had the most amount of levels that fell a bit flat... but there are still quite a few i love
For me, the worst level in Sackboy: A Big Adventure is not necessarily a level but the challenge of being able to do Trial 16, it is extremely long and difficult and the worst part is that it is a requirement to complete this challenge to get the platinum trophy in game. I never managed to complete this trial, but luckily the game has an Online mode and in one of the games I was playing Online I found an Asian who managed to pass the level easily and that's how I got the trophy.
Great list! I agree with most of it. The only big disagreement I have is with SABA, where the worst level is easily Touch And Go. Autoscrollers are notoriously hard in SABA, as you don't get any heals from new checkpoints throughout the entire level, and extra lives are also more scarce, which can feel like an oversight. Additionally, this level in particular is definitely the least inspired level in the game, so it just feels like filler. I suppose that's a valid choice for Karting, but it feels weird to include an intro level, so I'll go with Egg Kartin. This should have just been left to a minigame, as it feels totally out of place as a main story level. This game's controls really favor races over battles, which doesn't help this level, either.
my least favorite level from any lbp game is probably the boss at the end of eves laboratory in karting, the fire caterpillar thing that level took me at least 5 YEARS, maybe 6 to complete hard doesnt automatically mean bad yes but omfg... edit: i had no clue ultimate sackboy wasa thing?????
I'm pretty sure you're not counting those but the worst level in LBP1 (and honestly LBP history imo) absolutely has to be the snow slide bonus level from the wilderness, it's just not very interesting and has basically no gameplay, and half the time the physics decide to not work and get you killed
No cause I despise furry soles hot coals just as much as you It's so horribly frustrating to play and the camera facing downward in such an awkward way makes it so confusing to sometimes figure out how to move your character properly Also the level design itself is just frustrating. When I was younger, I could never get onto the platforms after bouncing off the bounce pads and would just hit the wall and had to spend ages trying to clear a small section But yeah, that's just my opinion on it
The LBP3 level you picked is not that bad, I'm sure there was a worse level. Did you check the popit puzzles? I love creating but I hate them because it gets annoying and repetitive, the most annoying part being the cutscenes and constantly opening and closing the popit to move my sackperson. I agree with all the other levels for being bad though.
The worst level in LittleBIGPlanet were the levels I made that looked like they were made by a drunk 4 year old.
GradeAUnderA reference?
In 3, I personally thought bunkum lagoon was a snoozefest

Auto-scrollers and similar levels are often such a pain imo, especially when they go on for too long. Makes a lot of sense there's some on this list.
I remember "Where in the World is Avalon Centrifuge?" getting bad reviews when I was a kid, lol. I never understood why. It was a great level.
and then 10 days later, sony sees this and decides to kill off lbp
@@idadood2278 yeah sad that they are delisting it! I ain't going anywhere though! Got lots of content in the way!!!

Now that Im thinking it the darkness is my second guess for the exact reasons you said! But still its thrilling when you first play it
little big planet pcp
Ultimate LBP I have a suggestion, how about you make a video about the best and worst bosses in the LBP series❤.
Oh thats for sure on the way! Probably my next video

I would say that the hardest level I had to ace would be the great escape from lbp3
i was about ready to fight you on these but you actually make good points

Elephant temple was chill
Eggstraction isn't just my favorite level of the PSP version it's my favorite level of any version of lbp1

The worst level of the first littlebigplanet is clearly the darkness. That level with the dark one and the dog.
You should make a video about which levels are the hardest to beat for 100%ing each game
@@aceidiota.3410 I've planned to do that! Its probably one of my next videos

I don't remember LBP2 having a camel.
Good informative video. 👍🏻
Happy 1K Views! 🥳

Every LBP1 level is good, whats wrong with you!
@@HorrorGamesSoundtracks i never said that there are downright bad levels but its just that some are less interesting
skulldozers a worse level
