    I love how this guy knows his stuff. He totally understands the trick behind the Ceramic Speed demo. Its not just the friction of the drive train but the friction of the freehub.

      Came to say the same thing. Love GCN but they don't have the rider walk them through their bikes. GTN getting in w the athletes has been amazing. "Why" is always so much more valuable than "what".

    Wow. That rear wheel span forever with a small spin on the crank. Those have to be some awesome Ceramicspeed wheel bearings in the rear hub. Kudos.

    I also use double hydration between the tt bars - it's fantastic! Believe Rinny was the first pro to adopt it (Kona 2015?) - I saw it and was like, damn it's ingenious!

    Looks like the free wheel needs a little service. A common problem with Mavic. I stopped having mine serviced because it was worthless in 2 months. Pedal and it doesn't matter.

    I’m sorry but no way is bodged on fairings to a low weight brake as advantageous as the correct brake with a properly fitted brake and fairing.....
    Also weight by cervelo’s own admission (all public information) the tipping point for weight verses aero is climbs of 20km+ at 23+kmh , rather than worrying about facts and figures he’s trying to be creative at a full determent to the bikes performance...
