I love setting personal goals for things like self-improvement, relationships, career, finances, and pretty much every area of life. I used to feel like these ‘categories’ were all so separate but I’ve learned that ensuring everything connects to my overall vision makes all these aspects of life feel so much more connected, aligned and authentic to who I am. So I totally agree with your points on this!

Very timely video about setting personal goals with the new year fast approaching - not that we only set goals in the new year but it is a time for reflection and possibly re-evaluating goals that were previously set. Great video and great advice to create the action plan but then also "take action" and not have it just be nice words on a paper.
