i personally watch all you videos and i would love to see the budget build stuff . The only 2 youtubers i watch all there videos are you and crawler canyon . i never miss a video .

I'll keep doing stuff, I'll have that budget build clone sherpa starting soon, I'll probably do in a series once I figure out the exact direction I want to go with it lol! @ awesome man I can’t wait 😝 really I do appreciate someone who does this stuff on a budget. I have the raw 500 and I have the reefs triple 5 and blah blah my ascent is still on the stock servo lol if it’s good it’s good idc who makes it . Idk maybe it’s just me I’m not a snob 🤣🤣

Redcat Rant & Review! I've driven a few and don't understand the flak people give to Redcat. I'd like an Accent Fusion, but I still want a green Gen8 V2 more. Some day I'll get a Redcat. According to my money lender/wife, I have to get my Phoenix on the trail first.😂 FYI: I like "small, crappy channels"(sub 10k subscribers), they're more honest. You, Gerry, and Mr. Canyon entertain & inform me the most.
I have the same ascent running the hobby wing motor esc combo, swapping the chassie to the fusion carbon, and recently installed the direct drive system, removing the slipper clutch and absolutely love it
Sorry I didn't catch your name, but I'll just call you Mr. Dungeon; I also watch most of your videos along with Mr Canyon's. And always appreciate your honest opinion on this stuff. I've found over the years that most people who praise X brand as their favorite can never objectively justify why it's better. Anyway, keep it up and thank you.
So I 3d printed my own link riser and I don’t care what anyone say my torque twist is gone . I did the same on my fusion and again no more twist . And i absolutely suggest picking up a fusion . People only give them shit cause there not 500 like my traxxas smh
@@jackawaki I completely agree!!!! I've watched Roadside Rc and Exo Caged crap on risers 😆 🤣. I'm like am I the only one that can see a difference. But again I'm on stock chassis Roadside was using that DSM carbon fiber chassis and I'm pretty sure they designed the link configuration to reduce the Torque twist with link placement but I could be wrong, I'm not a big dog in the UA-cam world so I don't have that kind of experience
The body has always looked to me like they expected people to swap it. Maybe a half-cage to dress up the rear? I'm a Redcat fan because of my budget, and they have killer sales if timed right 😆. For a trail guy, they're great for me! Falling that far is catastrophic for anything not made of rubber! Us old guys don't fair well either!😅
@@staysmallrc its more of just a light weight purpose comp style body more than anything I think that's what they were going for. They definitely look good done up, I was just going for pure performance to see what I could squeeze from it cheaply lol! And fo sho that would be crippling for me lol! Not sure what’s going on with YT this week, but this is the second channel that it has apparently unsubscribed me from. I know I have been subbed for a while, but when this video popped up and I clicked on it, the Subscribe button was lit up like I never hit it. Very odd, that’s the second time that’s happened this week. Kinda makes me wonder how many other channels I’ve been unknowingly unsubscribing from. Something to keep an eye out for.

Yeah i broke the end link on Turtle-Ator hitting a driveway drain head on @ full tilt but didn't bend link or nuttin (metal)
Yah this rig fell probably 30-35 foot and landed rear chassis side down directly on the lower rock bridge on the coarse
