You need to give yourself more credit brother you bring more to the RC community then you know. Appreciate everything you do.
Miss the braaaap videos brother I'm gonna get one this spring. You should get back into the braaaapin too.
@@WoodsUnknown I miss it as well, my backs to damaged to haul them around unfortunately 😕
I wished i lived closer, would have bought this from ya. Thats a good spot for a basher right outside of the house.
I wish you were close by to woods because we haven't of the same views on things I believe
@RcDungeon we definitely 2 peas in a pod bud
Awesome video brother keep up the amazing job, and if anyone doesnt think your advice is correct maybe they're building shelf queens that dont move. You build amazing scale rigs that get the job done.
Thanks brother, just trying to help the Rc community out so they don't have to spend loads of $$$$$ just to be able to enjoy these scale rigs. I'm still not sure about continuing content though recent things happening in the Rc community has made me take a step back a view the UA-cam Rc community and evaluate it more. I've came to realize lot of these channels lot if people are fake and do not keep there word unfortunately. Maybe I'll get back to content just a lot of thinking to do, is it worth 🤔 it, I mean dealing with just in general people commenting being assholes, I'm finding UA-cam to be on par with FB for shittery
@@RcDungeon that's the best part of your channel no bull shit and straight to the point how to do it right. You take all the time in the world brother and I'll be here always.
@@RcDungeon Rick Nelson said it best you can't please everyone so you might as well please yourself.
@WoodsUnknown In this world I don't think practically anyone can be pleased all they want to do is bitch 😆
Who is this video about?
I covered a lot so probably several different one's. Mainly the dumbassery of the FB Rc community and how they treat each other like shit and how thats branched over to UA-cam now which us F ing sad to be honest.
@RcDungeon k you looked pretty upset about certain small UA-camrs hope I'm not subscribed to them. I'm staying the hell off Facebook since my page got hacked and lost a pile of people. I just use it for marketplace but even that is stagnant with people trying to scam others.
Hey I’m your son’s friend please check up on him. Im worried for him
@lilreaper32 he's ok he was gaming in the background of this video.
Love the HbToys😊
@@nandoscustomdiecast368 for sure a great budget rig
@RcDungeon Yup I got both the jeep and Bronco they are my trail trucks
Those axle look pretty great! But alot of this yota knock offs are a fall of dissapointment as that pinion gear will shave off of its own due to its low quality material, unless you drive it real slow and for show only, got mine with u joint version on those knuckle and i am waiting for the heavy duty diffs from alixpress if it would be a real deal hoping that it would survive on fusion pro with undergear🤘🏽
@@rcgarageph7228 Id doubt they'll hold the pro, but the HG-P407 group on Facebook I've been told by a few that they've held up under crawler conditions. I'll be seeing how well these hold on my basher HG-P407 this spring, I'm doubtful they'll hold under hater abuse they are mainly geared towards scale type crawling. But again I've gotten 3 hard years of scale crawling abuse on a set of Rc4wd yota axle when others say if they fart while driving they break 😆 so I think it depends on one's driving style to be honest. I say I do pretty moderate scale crawling I was surprised how well my set held up honestly. Thanks for watching and giving your take on them.
Long story short buy twisted fab co leafs!
Nah homie not paying 300 for just some simple suspension, not needed, just proved it here, simple easy little work. Good on you of thats your jam nothing wrong with that bud. Either way thanks for stopping by bud
@@RcDungeonunderstandable I paid like 120$ for the set I kept bending the stock leafs I haven’t had to replace any yet but I’m really rough on them to sweet ass video!
@@dattcten6798 thanks man, yah I'd like to try a set but I want thr stage 3 and think that setup is close to 300 for everything
I had to take mine apart. one of the gears came loose. Took a while to figure out what it was and how it worked but I got it.
Yah this was the first and only issue I've had so far 🤞

Thanks bro much appreciated 🙏 I try my best to share decent content
new sub here just got this esc i got a different motor its been good so far ran 3packs already no high heat
Awesome!!!! What motor did you go with
@RcDungeon I went with the surpass hobby 1850 on a injora lcg transmission

I love the scale look of this truck and thank you so much for all the information!!!
Thank you, work in progress I will update once I get the shocks and everything completely worked out
3d printer, believe me, is the best infestation for this hobby
Yah eventually I'll get one, I've broken lot of 3D printed stuff over the years so I was never really impressed with reliability honestly. Some stuff it anything that usually has stress usually breaks on me. I am looking at getting into printing though so I have the capability to just replace the broken parts
Awesome job little brother you have done an good on this truck and thanks for all the info I can't wait to see the finished product up and running
Thanks brother I try 👊
You've come along way with that truck bro, it's gonna be awesome when you get it finished. Great information on how to
cool truck mate😍👌
Buddy she is looking absolutely killer I so need to see it rip in 3d. I would sand the crome off the topper except for the side windows and then paint it to match the body color and do the back windo black. I am so getting one now for me to play with. Thanks buddy. And thanks again for sharing your videos with us.
Doing away with it totally, I don't want to have the bed floor visible because of thr body pins and its not a deep bed on this body. I appreciate it bro still working out suspension waiting on parts should have it all sorted very soon.
Good video 📹 👍 yeah
@@kevinbreaker2683 Thanks Kevin!
Man, I got that new red 82 Hilux. The rear bed decal is crooked. The side passenger Hilux decal is way low kind of frustrating for a scale detailed truck.
Making me want to start with a fresh palette, kinda like you are right here
@@bcochener wow I'd be upset with that man
@@RcDungeon debating how to deal with it. I have the white vintage Toyota vinyl that I can swap… need to try and remove that emblem. I’d get them spot on.
@bcochener just be gentle 😆
That chrome topper still gets me!
@@bcochenerlol! Its coming off first thing

Good time right 😆
MArlin was the first tf2 that came with softer *black* leafs.. before than they only had the red soft ones. I think most of the future trucks after marlin came with the black soft springs.
@@WookieRC yah but the Xtra cab has a softer better working leaf than the Marlin
Could you move the rear shock towers back to get the 324mm WB? Are the holes on the steel chassis rail for moving the shock towers? If not you could always drill the holes and buy a set of generic high clearance 324mm links for $15-$20.
I'm not sure I sold mine off to help a friend. I was happy with the wheelbase didn't need to change it.
Your using AM32 wrong here tho .
Please explain because I gave this setup so many chances gearing low as possible all settings set correctly, my experience this system is a total loss to me, I will say it worked great as a basher system. No matter the settings it gets ridiculously over heated to the point of fire literally like burning. Swapped to furitek 1/10 system 5 packs in no problems I don't know, if you know I'd definitely be interested buddy.
@ am32 esc got a sine mode . Same thing as FOC but sensoless. The sine mode consists to put a enormous amount of power into your motor to make it turn slower than it should. That’s why you can go as slow as a fusion motor with FOC . But putting that much power into your motor gonna generate heat into the wires and ESC . AM32 based esc got a sequence of 10s . If you go really slow you can actually see when the sine mode cut off your rig gonna go a touch faster for couple sec and go back into sine mode . If you want the most efficient performance out of am32 esc you need to gear down tremendous and slapping a higher voltage battery into your system . By any mean not here to bash anyone just here to inform of the real way to use am32 esc especially if you don’t have a big experience into it and like you said . If you think your motor was properly set it would cogs. AM32 esc generate a crazy amount of heat if your cogging . I been running multiple setup of AM32 esc with great success. Also furitek esc are not AM32 esc . They got there own system with FOC like a fusion
@emersdu86 oh yah I didn't in anyway mean the Furitek was in the AM32 configuration. If this is the reason with the AM32 its definitely not going to work for me, I'm primarily in the sine mode most of the time, that makes sense why it doesn't get as warm I guess in just trail bashing. Maybe a 4s would help that maybe? I don't know I just chalked it up its not a system for me I guess 🤷. I absolutely can not gear the rig down anymore it was in unless I go to portal axles . I want to keep straights under it. Thanks for the information. Maybe I'll give it a try in a portal rig later. I just wasn't personally impressed with it so far.
@@RcDungeon I also lost my point also in that answer by having a smaller pinion and higher battery voltage you keep your wheel speed but your « bypassing » the sine mode and still able to go really slow
@ going bigger spur and smaller pinion with a 4s would be definitely your fix bc to cool down a AM32 esc you need to push the power out of the esc
TMAXX is #1 👍
Badass 😎
Thanks for the info little brother it is really helpful
Very welcome 🙏

Sorry man I dealt off pretty much all my wraith parts while back
Thats a lot of good info. These tips not only work on TF2 or 3 but on any custom truck using leaf's. What I have been saying for years is the leaf spring suspension geometry on RC4wd was not really setup right, This is also the same things with FMS trucks on leafs, But with re arching leaf springs and matching the leaf spring pack and shock springs to the weight of the truck. And yes how the truck can do 3 wheeling and balance to reach over a gap. Looks so much like a real truck, Also scale wheel tuck wile flexed out looks amazing,
Thanks and for sure I agree 👍
🏆👍
