    Just start with Scott, Those Turbo nozzles have ceramic balls in them as you probably already know. So you need to remember that when you use them it needs to be pointing down not up. If you have it pointing up, because there's little free play forward and backwards in the ceramic ball it can actually Smack the ceramic ball against the end of the turbonozzle and break it. Although I don't know if the Hydro Shot would have enough pressure to break it. But a regular pressure washer sure will.
    Also for everybody that's wondering what the turbonozzle, does is take a 0 degree stream of water and Spins it around so it makes it a fan out of it but it's still the same stream as a zero degree tip, because it's been around in the circle it makes it look more like a fan then a steady stream, and covers more area at once. And as far as the pressure goes, it won't be any more pressure than a zero degree tip. I hope this helps everybody

    Great work! great help!
    It seems to be compatible with hydroshot. What’s the connection part of turbo nozzle looks like?
    Actually I was thinking to change the nozzle of Hydroshot , because the original only output stream horizontally(15°, 25°, 40°)and then was disappointed by the ”cube“ on the original nozzle.
    After several used,I think the vertical stream is more efficient during the whole car washing with hydroshot

    Hey Scott, I have the Turbo Nozzle also that I got at the Home depot for my Hydro-shot a couple of weeks ago and I'm glad I did (wanted to get the one that WORX sells specifically for the Hydro but it was sold out).
    I got it with the same purpose as this video, to use it to rinse down the wheels, and for doing a quick initial rinse of the car body before I hit it with the Bucket and Rinseless Wash.
    I love my Hydroshot, now i just need another battery; Worx sells some refurbished on ebay, probably get one of those or the no name china model battery on amazon.

      brinks gater is actually working pretty good its not as strong as a regular pressure washer but it does get the job done if I decide to buy it I would recommend getting a extra battery cause it does use the battery pretty fast and takes a while to fully charge back up but other than that it's great for cleaning ur car and other stuff it's even powerful enough to blast dirt off concrete I wrote my name on the sidewalk to mark my territory :) oh and don't suck up soapy water with it that will mess up the pump but overall great product just wish it had a long lasting battery

    I've got a turbo nozzle for my gas power washer and goes in a circular pattern very fast BUT I bought one for my Hydro - a up to 3000 Briggs & ... from Menards (smallest one I could find), and it goes real slow - sprays, then moves, then stops not fluid at all and looking at this video yours is doing it too on both the wheels and wheel wells - it's just shooting out in a 0 degree stream not a fast circular motion - like it should.
    Do you feel the same way?

    • @Trillville43
      @Trillville43 5 років тому

      It's due to the low water output but it works much better with the new hydroshot WG644

    • @chuckger1625

      @@Trillville43 maybe it works with the new hydroshot - but I wouldn't say it works better because it doesn't work at all like it should on the 20 and 40 Volt ones. I'd love to see a video of someone else using a turbo on a HS any version.

    These nozzels concentrate the water into very fine stream in a circular motion. They are very effective BUT
    I would caution using one from 2400 psi and up,
    (on any painted vehicle surface).
    They basically cut like a weed wacker.

      The maximum of 320 psi apply only when this sprayer is directly connected to your standard 65psi faucet connection with a garden hose. It essentially increase your typical faucet water pressure by a factor of 5, more or less.

    The turbo nozzle isn't working as it should as there isn't enough pressure from washer. Listening to you go on about a turbo nozzle clearly shows you don't have a clue how it should work. If anyone reads this comment just type turbo nozzle in search on UA-cam and you will see how it should work. Basically machine being used isn't powerful enough. Why not invest in a proper petrol power washer that can syphon water from a bucket just the same. More powerful machine more uses cleaning applications it can be used for.

    • @bitrudder3792
      @bitrudder3792 6 років тому +2

      "Proper" gas power washers are HUGE to store by comparison to a hydroshot, Not everyone wants to waste that much garage floor space to something like that. Gas machines are annoyingly loud and they require buying and transporting gasoline, leaving one's garage with a nasty gasoline odor that can permeate the home when the garage is attached. With gas powered pressure washers, it is easy to accidentally overdo it and damage/discolor pavers and siding and blow out too much of the grouting, causing easy weed growth in pavers. They can rip through the seal around windows when cleaning the side of a house, causing real headaches.
