That’s awesome you get to work with your family. I take my son along to the dump most weekends to give mom some time to herself, but at 14 months he’s not quite old enough to load the trailer yet. One day!

Though for a short while, I went to Phoenix AZ once when I was a mover. Its beautiful out there! Definitely cold at night lol. When we left the hotel in the morning, our trucks windshield had ice on it (not something you see in FL). Step stool thing is cool for the trailer, I'm sure that helps with the knees. Have you ever thought about getting a detachable ramp for the trailer for loading? Could always get a bracket added to side of it so when dumping you don't need to worry about the ramp, or even keep in bed of truck.
Yes it’s really interesting living in the desert. Always something by to learn. The steps are a game changer. I have ramps we put in the bed of the truck but I tend to use the steps more often unless I need to wheel something up into the trailer. Thanks for watching and your helpful comments!

In a perfect world all stairs should be made in a stair line.
Amen to that! The corners make it interesting. It was a bit of a riddle in our heads trying to figure out which orientation to start with so it ended up the right way at the bottom of the stairs.
Where can I buy a stool like the one you are using?
Are you asking about the little step I use to get in and out of the trailer? That thing is my knee saver. It’s from a job I did. The customer used to own a RV supply store. Check at a company that sells parts or supplies to RV owners. It’s steel and solid.
