I've done a couple of these, felt good about what I estimated, but seriously undercharged after all was said& done. I put far too much sympathy into it, after growing up in that type of situation. I really appreciate you're running through how you estimated it! I had just been counting loads in my head, and not accounting enough for how much work it was going to be to get them into the truck lol.

Sometimes we do but usually you can get the square footage of the whole house and I use that

That one originally bid under 15,000. There were some changes after we got it and it was just under 11k we charged. 2 day job. You’ll see my other videos cover it too.
