- Hello my wonderful Spirit Guides ! I just wanted to post a link here to a website with multiple phone numbers and so on for helplines when it comes to mental health and so on ! I just think it's important, as you will be able to tell from this video . I got very emotional due to a death in my family due to mental health. I hope my tears don't make this video unenjoyable because truly I absolutely love this album !

It's important to mention for Flowers that she also has a song called Weeds on the FROOT album, it almost feels like the sister song to Weeds (it happened years ago) and both songs were about two different aspects of a relationship. Weeds about not being able to fully commit in a relationship while the other person is making a huge effort to make you happy, while Flowers fully committing yourself in a relationship while the other person is not making any effort to make you happy.

after i lisened to marina's new album i heard that she and her boyfriend of five years split. This hit me very hard because i to had broken up with my boyfriend after 5 years togheter. He's a relly good guy and even after the break up he helped me with college and talked with me whenever i need it. The thing about us is that we really cared and love one another but that is all that we had. We're opposites in everything but the love helped. Nobody cheated or lied or do a bad thing, i just think that it worked for some time but in the end we both knew that it won't last. some days are ok some days are hard but i know that time heals all wounds. I'm only 24 and i know that someday i 'll find someone for me.
I know the pain , and yes although it was a nice break up it’s still so sad . Especially after 5 years , so many changes . I do believe you will find the one for you though , someone that really resonates with you . My boyfriend is the father of my child … when I was pregnant .. I broke up with him . I was too scared to be a mum and also a family at only 16 ( the mum part I loved / love but I was scared at the time , very ) …. So we broke up . Six years went by , including lots of life experience and not great boyfriends . Out of no where this spark ignited again, … and I fell in love with my daughters dad again ! Now we’ve been back together nearly 4 years . Life is funny like that , it takes you down many paths and knows what you need even if it feels bad at the time . I needed life experience to appreciate my boyfriend now as I may not of cared much for him before .
I’m not saying this is your story but I do know that being with your Ex will set you on your journey to find someone for you ! I’m a big believer on things happening for a reason ( not everything ) 💕🎶💕🎶 sorry long message 😂😂

I've always been shamed and ridiculed for being a highly sensitive person and because I'm a gay man. Highly emotional people absolutely wrecked me. There are two songs that I'm so thankful for in the music industry because it feels like sensitivity is always being demonized and that we're unworthy of living a good life or having good friends or kindness and that's Highly Emotional People and Crybaby by Melanie Martinez. I learned to put up very firm boundaries and I tolerate nothing that is harmful to my mental state anymore. Those two women saved my life and that's not even an exaggeration. Loved your reaction.
Tbh Venus Fly Trap to me feels like a mix of her sassier songs from Froot and Love&Fear! With hints of Electra and TFJ! It’s prob my favorite song and I love how this album is so new and unique! FUCK!

I’m so late to this video but i absolutely love your commentary on it, you should 100% check out Mitski. She has so many songs that are similar to marina, both sad and upbeat. I reccomend Puberty 2 and Be the cowboy, Puberty 2 is my personal favourite, Be the cowboy is similar to marinas songs.
