Sam Soliman is good stuff, one of the craftiest boxers out there, frustrated his opponents and was really hard to hit. And always smiling! What a good representation for the sport
I only found out recently that when he fought Mundine he was undefeated. He had even gone the distance with chamo Winky Wright from the states around that time. Was a good bout fight number 2, when Mundine jept dropping him again and again and finally the fight was over. Quite an achievement.
Probably noone's gonna answer it but: Is shooting a left hook while your pivoting foot is off the ground a good idea? He does it on 2.44, seems to me as an explosive yet risky option, yet I keep doing it on my practice as a bad habit

I like the little tip at the end, to always finish a combination with another little move at the end.
Developing these little habits are important
Sam is the most respectful boxer I've ever seen
I'd love to see more drills like this on working the angles for an orthodox lead.
Sam Solomon is a legend.
Top boxer, great clip

Great footwork, nice combos
How did I just find this guy so good
this is good stuff, should have more views !!
Hey rocky, an apology to Sam would be much appreciated as he has been cleared of all drug tests. Should get the facts before putting someone down

Most people wouldn't consider the WBF title a genuine world championship, but it was a good video.
So you wouldn't take advice from a guy with an actual world title you are a fuck wit

I was always taught to move to your left. Moving to your right will get you knocked out. lol
