great topic today , i spoke sunday at good friends and talked about my behaviors when i was like 7-8 years old stealing candy and money to buy baseball cards. looking back that started it. or maybe i was born with it. doing my step work and my program i am constantly changed my behaviors now . its crazy when i look back and write on it what i see before i even touched a drink or drug
I really do think that the more we get into the step work and do that internal work we gotta do, the more aware we become of how our disease effects us. Thanks for watching.
