Atreus at the end saying be better, shows that not only he more than forgives Kratos but that Atreus doesn't forget Kratos lessons and a wikwik to us the fans. Very awesome moment.

*When Atreus* gives that speech to his father and shows how Kratos needs Atreus more than Atreus needs Kratos … I legit had the same expression as Kratos - the realisation that his son had just imparted wisdom to his own father, a God of War - was amazing writing.

And it showed that despite becoming his own man, Atreus still remembers the lessons of his father. As "Don't be sorry, be better." was one of the first lessons we saw Kratos give his son in the 2018 GOW.

When they meet the Norns and they talk about how the future isn't written, but for them it's easy to predict because people always make the same choices. I wonder if this a turning point in that prediction. Kratos realizing his mistakes.

Just imagine kratos 2000 years old while Atreus trains for 500 years. Jesus would Atreus be that powerful with all the training he's gonna get from kratos
