Perch has the same predatory pattern of black bass...they prefer to hit something that has structures on the back because they can increase the success rather than attaching something free to swim in open water 👍🏻
Hi Andrew great video, I recently discovered this year you could catch perch in the middle of the river in the flow it blew my mind. I would love a video like this on pike, it would be very interesting to hear your insights.
Thanx for the great advice! What I really like - Your respect to the fish by saying: »Thank you«! 👌
Glad you enjoyed it!

Andrew. Where I fish on the river Trent around Newark, there is a lot of river without structure. What else would you look for please?
Slack water, deeper holes, snags.
Great video but one question I have is how long should I spend in a chosen area without a bite before moving on?
Good question! 10-30 min. but then you can return if it feels right.
Great content mate...what rod were u using?
Thanks.
