I'm a Chevy guy but this truck I'll admit is pretty bad ass
Mine was a stock ‘02 RED, Lighting and still got it, talking about a Beast, God Knows. I’m a Truck guy, always have been and this is the Greatest Truck ever, love the sound every time I start it up. Long Live Texas. 👍🏼❤️🤠

Great video it really shows that you've loved that truck since they came out. I have two myself, a 1995 perfectly stock and super clean and my 94 which looks perfectly stock but had a Vortech YS blown 351 in it. These are some special trucks that were built with some real thoughtful engineering and performed really well for their era. Nice job.
Very clean Lightning, Lightning truck is 1 of the best 90’s muscle truck to own, I own a 94 black Lightning and I will never sell it, I have 19 years with my Lightning, bought my lightning back in 2005 from my dad.

Just found out about this channel like an hour ago and I haven't stopped watching. I'm aware of KC and gas monkey etc I dont live under a rock. I knew he spread his wings and started doing his own thing just didnt know it was on UA-cam. Love it. Real car guys doing actual work. No deadline shit. No sketches. I love it. And the fact that you're excited about a stock 95 lightning and daily it makes it so much better. Im a huge truck guy and you guys always got some in the shop! Anywho great shit love it def gained another fan!

I love those trucks. Always wanted one everyone told me I was crazy when I bought my 93. Drove it home six hours on a trailer because it wouldn't run. Had it just over a year and have put 13k miles on it so far. Drive it any chance I get. I settled for black because I couldn't find a red that wasn't dogged. Love the truck man.

Right up my alley. Love my 96 short box standard cab. Did a 3/5 drop and its perfect for me to cruise around town. Wife thinks I am nuts to drive that over my newer truck too.
240hp / 325tq from the factory. I had a black 94. Great truck and the handling is incredible.
Took me two years to find mine and when I did, it was sitting in a lill “side of the road” car dealership, exactly what I was looking for, but because of were it was I wasn’tsure, but I bit the bullet and glade I did. That was four years ago, still going strong. Love that “lill Red Monster” 👍🏼🤠
I had a Black 93, that pig was killing me on gas so I had to sell her, I would love to have it back now!

I had a white 94 Lightning, bought it from a local dealer that had raced it until 96 and then it sat behind their shop until 98. The transmission was junk, the factory wheels were long gone it had Weld Pro stars on it! It was a fun truck for the year I had it!

I had the same poster, KC. Got my 95 in 96 as a college graduation present to myself. Same color and options as yours. Was my daily until 02 when I, foolishly traded it for an 01 Lightning. Don't get me wrong, love my 01. The power is amazing, but I regret getting rid of my 95. That truck was perfect in stock form. Just enough power for it to be entertaining in ALL situations. Have fun with it and DON'T mod it.....except, maybe brakes.

Looks just like the Ford Lightning sitting in a backyard a few miles from my house in Winterville, NC.
The body looks straight and rust free but I'm assuming there are drivetrain issues as it has been parked for a couple years. I get to watch the nice red paint slowly turn green from the truck sitting under some pine trees... Seeing yours has me tempted to go make an offer but I have enough projects already.

Got a black '94 model with 37K miles pushed off in the back corner of my garage. Looks like new.

I have a '93 Lightning. Black. Only thing I did was exhaust. Give her a little thunder to go with the badge. Hate the replacement Monroe shocks. Way too much bounce! Dang thing almost hops. You got a solution for that? I did buy front and rear power stop brakes. They go on next week... Also have a '68 F-100 long bed. Two tone. Boxwood and creme.
It's a work in progress.

I drove a red lightning in 94 and 95 .it only took a few minutes before I realized it was perfect
I love it. I have a 93 lightning with 41k miles.
KC i just bought a Red 95 SVT lightning, i'm getting it back to stock, my front end sits much higher than yours. Im guessing someone put stock F150 springs on it. Any idea what size your front springs are.
I know someone selling an Oxford white all original one for 3k. His mom owned it & let it sit a few years, he cleaned it up, put money into getting it running, it runs excellent now.
I think the mileage is high, but I think it's worth more than 3k.

That body style lightning didn't come stock with a super charger only the next body style lightning with the 5.4 mod motor came with one. The obs lightning just had the 351ci, maf, gt40 intake. The obs lightning is my dream car as well!

My poster was of a Cobra 427 SC. Still the single most badass looking car ever built. The 289 FIA was cool, but the fender bulges and bigger tires on the 427 SC wrote the book on badass.
Side note. In my era Ford powered cars had just STOMPED Enzo Ferrari's ass. Not just beat him, but annihilated him. Thanks to a chicken farmer from Texas.
