This game was a blast when it came out, it's a shame that this game was the last WWE game that was published by THQ before they went bankrupt! Great video as always!
It's pretty rare to have a youtube video done in the style you do them and have all the voice over sound so natural. Most of the time it feels like people are reading off a script (and a lot of times they are) which even when it's done well can still be somewhat stuff. Everything you vocalize in the videos I've seen projects pure authentic enthusiasm and love for the subject.
The fact I've simulated 2 1/2 years of WWE '13 Universe Mode over the past like 5ish hours while keeping track of title changes etc. And somehow BOTH Eve & Layla are 4 Time Divas Champions- Eve also managed to hold the title for 280 Days one of those times
I remember buying this back in 2012. While everyone was outside trick or treating on Halloween, I was having the time of my life playing this game. Wish I could relive it again
I preordered this game and walked 6 miles to my local GameStop since my mother hadn’t been home when I came back from school. I remember being at the cash register and shaking from excitement before receiving this game. I would play everyday some nights playing up until 1 am waking up groggy as hell the next day for school. So many hours put into this game
I still play this game a lot it's my favorite of all time you nailed it ... They perfected the gameplay in 12 and then proceeded to just give so much content in 13 that it basically was the perfect game and if you could think of something that wasn't in the game you could create it
In universe mode I played the modern day universe mode as it was shipped with the game and then I created a separate attitude era universe mode. I made sure I had old school Raw, SmackDown, and even Sunday night heat. I even created the PPVs as accurately to the months they originally aired as possible. It was some of the most fun I had playing the mode. One of the best WWE games I ever owned
I remember the cover like yesterday I went to GameStop I was happy af getting this for my 360. Such a good era and game. This was probably the last years of the good times of wwe
Oh man, this takes me back. I absolutely love this game. I was up all night like Shawn Michaels playing the showcase mode and making as many create a wrestlers as I could. It’s the first wrestling game I ever made stuff on and shared with other people. Kratos, Solid Snake, The Punisher, Hulk, The Crow. I brought all my favorites into this game to take on the WWE. Loved it. The roster alone like you said was stacked. Would have loved it though if Ahmed Johnson, Savio Vega and Crush we’re in the game so we could recreate the WM13 Chicago Street Fight with LOD and the Nation. 2K14 was a great follow up but man, this one just knocked it out of the park. My favorite WWE game of that generation. Great video. I subbed.

I want to share my story thanks for reading this. So 2012 when i finally got my xbox 360 but i never had a wwe'12 and i'm so mad when wwe'12 didn't release on psp so i sold my psp and my brother has braught me an xbox 360. So wwe'13 is my redemption i really enjoyed wwe'13 in every modes that wwe'13 has to offer. I enjoyed the create a story, special guest referee, infinite finishers that i dreamed of since i played a wwe games. And most especially is the limitless create an arena that is so cool. I enjoyed the uniqueness of wwe'13
I played this game for sooo many hours, I also enjoyed creating arenas on PS3 using whatever resources were available. It was lit to see them featured on Smacktalks weekly creations showcase's at the time.
I played this game like 6 years ago and didnt even watch wrestling. I finished the entire story mode and loved it, it actually INTRODUCED me to wrestling.
As someone born in 98 WWE 13’s Attitude Era mode was really sick, got to play through some awesome matches I never got to see. Very thoroughly enjoyed WWE 13, prob my fav wwe game since svr 08

Oh I remember when I was hit with a Trouble in Paradise out of nowhere after jumping from a latter. I had to pause, put my controller down and go outside for a minute. I was in awe. In the current 2K24, you just press LB, or L1, toss your opponent in the air and do the Finisher... DUDE! I STILL have my old copy of this and it's still my occasional go-back-to. I'm not a WWE/F fan anymore by any stretch. Hell, I wasn't even then, but this game did everything spot on.
Now it's time to tear apart 2K15.
(Don't forget Crazy Wrestling Storylines Vol. 2, Volume 1 was one of my favorites)
15 wasnt that bad
I agree, it was just underwhelming, tho i can understand it because they just went to new gen, its far better than wwe 2k20, bc the main reason is that you can play it still
Kitty Senpai 😂😂
@@kittysenpai1670 lol lies
@@nevermindgaming6848 WWE 2K15 is incomplete. The Showcase, graphics and CM Punk is the reason why i played this game
Even the cover of wwe 13 is greater than the entire 2k games except 2k14.
This game came out on my 10th birthday i wish i can go back and play this game again
You can
I want to share my story thanks for reading this.
The graphics of this game are still beautiful to this day. This makes me want to bust out my PS3
I bought a 360 to play svr 07-2k17 I got 4 of the games 07,12,13,and 14
I played this game for sooo many hours, I also enjoyed creating arenas on PS3 using whatever resources were available. It was lit to see them featured on Smacktalks weekly creations showcase's at the time.
Absolute best wwe game of ALL TIME🤷♂️ this an 2k14 are untouchable. We will never see anything close to good as these.
So much nostalgia, I was in high school when the game came out, loved playing it. So many good memories. ❤
Damn Memories watching this I miss Cm Punk in WWE😭
I forgot how tight this game used to be and how hype I was mainly for mixture of modern wwe and attitude era.
I played this game like 6 years ago and didnt even watch wrestling. I finished the entire story mode and loved it, it actually INTRODUCED me to wrestling.
This was my favorite wrestling game ever finished the attitude era playlist in like a day.
Honestly you're the best game reviewer on UA-cam hands down
Man I got this game on gamefly and kept it forever and played the shit out of it truly a great time
only thing letting this game down was the 1 count glitch which I never remember if it got fixed
i had so much fun memories with wwe 2008 and 2011 2012 2k14 and wwe all stars
I hate they don't have dlc characters you can download like " Too Cool" anymore but overall great roster no doubt!
Dude i got this game a few years too late and it still irks me that i cant have that dlc, cuz i still play this game. Smh
This game was my childhood, I’m so mad I lost the disc, but I remember just playing this game almost everyday. Love this channel too man keep it up
“START THE REVOLUTION” when I first heard it, it got me SHOOK
As someone born in 98 WWE 13’s Attitude Era mode was really sick, got to play through some awesome matches I never got to see. Very thoroughly enjoyed WWE 13, prob my fav wwe game since svr 08
10 years later and it’s still arguably the best wwe game made
Man you brought back a memory, My top games were WWE HCTP, WWE '13, WWE2K14, and WWE SVR 2010.
Yessssssss EVERYBODY AND THEIR MOM HAS BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VIDEO!!!!! THANK YOU PAV😢
Hands down the best WWE game I've ever played I didn't get to experience the attitude era so to play it in showcase was just amazing then you have punk in the cover just man brings back a lot of memories.
The customization options in this game were so amazing. You could make your finisher like 30 seconds of bullshit and it was amazing
I love this comment made me laugh
Im actually playing this game, the second time since in bought it 9 years ago, im still addict, seriously the roster of thr attitude era embolened thanks to the dlc is insane, you can make so different scenario in the game
THE KING DROPPED🙏🏻
The think I loved the most about this game was that we had I quit matches.
Might've been my favorite if it had a career or Road To Mania.
Eh rtwm was boring glad it was left out
@@nevermindgaming6848 Career mode is trash compared to RTWM
This game right here for me has at least 4536hrs right next to 2k14 with 4968hrs of playtime. This was my game back then, I would play day and night even though my dad told me to go to bed but sometimes he would like me stay up to play this masterpiece and the best part of it all was the fact that my parents are OG WWE fans
even if you live to 100 you will still have spent over 1% of your entire lifespan on simulated wrestling
Ps3 version you could add custom music for CAW entrances 🤤🤤🤤🤤
Brooo the fact that you said everything that made me get the game at the time! Just made my day before this the last wwe game I played was '06 and watching this just filled me with so much nostalgia
I remember getting this game when it first dropped I was 13 and i save up like 75 dollars and i ended up getting wwe 13 and NBA 2k13 but wwe 13 was so fun I play it the first day I got it I ended up going to sleep at 2:00 that day and it was a school day the next day I enjoy the attitude era mode I ended up beating it like 2 weeks later it was fun I play universe mode it was decent imo wwe 13 and 2k14 the Last good wwe games and 2k14 the only good wwe game in the 2k era after I play those two wwe games I ended up stop buying wwe games for the first time nah I take that back the wwe game I played was wwe 2k15 and 16 but after that the 2k series wwe games grew on me I just didn't have that same energy I had when I was young because when I was a kid I couldn't wait to get home to play here comes the pain or svr and I couldn't wait for Monday night raw to come on but I was never focus on raw I was focus more on smackdown that's how it was back then smackdown was always the fighting show and raw was more of a talking and entertainment show but I was young at the time I'm now 22 I grew out of wwe and shit it's not the same anymore it will never be the same as me and my brother said to each other when was talking on the phone attitude era and ruthless aggression forever ruthless aggression
2K19 was very good tho.
@@UncleYakuza I just grew out of getting wwe video games bro
Demon reacts you should play either that or 16. 16 had Austin’s career and 19 is just a good all around
I didn't read all that but I feel you. The classic wwe games were good. 2k20 is trash
h
Oh I remember when I was hit with a Trouble in Paradise out of nowhere after jumping from a latter. I had to pause, put my controller down and go outside for a minute. I was in awe. In the current 2K24, you just press LB, or L1, toss your opponent in the air and do the Finisher... DUDE! We need the OMG moments like crashing through the barricades, RKO's, Sweet Chin Music and Trouble in Paradie out of nowhere when you try a dive...
The best roster ever to this day.
For being the first WWE game when it came out I thought the cover, menu screen, and everything else was amazing!
This game has the best aesthetic of all, i mean all games in the world fr
I’m genuinely of the opinion that attitude era in this is the greatest example of “interactive documentary” ever made
