Remember peeps, it's a gradual process to the end goal! In the beginning you might be more rigid, and at the end, you may be more flexible! Be patient with yourself, have some trial and error, and give yourself time to learn about your own bad habits and change them over time!
I know I'm late to the game on this video as It's an older one but I've been living this diet philosophy since late Dec 21 to Feb 2, 2022 and this works! I cut 90% of carbs/refined sugar and I'm down 23 pounds and have reached my goal weight as of today. Actually went past it by .5 pounds. The health benefits also keep coming: Sleeping better - never wake up tired, snoring is way down, I have had dry skin behind my ears for almost 4 years (moved to a new city) and that has cleared up, joints feel much looser and healthier as I can get up from sitting without bracing anything, energy is more stable. I can keep going but you get the drift. Listen to these men, they know what they're talking about.
@@zulfiqarali6258 Helllo. I basically stopped eating any processed foods, wheat, candy, etc and stuck to meat and veggies with occasional carbs. I'm down to about 5% of what I used to eat in refined sugar and carbs.
One thing to note for intermittent fasting, I have found my fatigue increases when I workout in the morning and wait until lunch to eat. If you intermittent fast, make it earlier in the day so that you can break your fast closer to post workout when you are most insulin sensitive and to shut off cortisol.
It’s worth a try, but if you try it and continue to binge, then maybe you gotta stop the snacks for a bit. Everyone is different with that and you’ll need to do some trial and error.
To replace easy carbs like junk food granola bars, cookies, ice-cream is fruit a good idea? I have found that after a really good leg or back day I can destroy sugary junk food, in the middle of the night!!!!

Thanks for an honest and concise video about diets.
The commissary on base always played this song, "Don't shop when you're hungry. No no no no." 20 years ago & that song still sticks.
Can you guys do a video on if someone is trying to lean bulk? Fasting still ok? Or are more meals more important?
keto ice cream with Heavy whipping. There's tons of YT video recipes and it's delicious. Very few carbs.
As a snacker, what are your thoughts on substituting snacks? Is it too slippery of a slope? For example, swap potato chips for pork rinds.

@@NsimaInyang probably better sticking with a less snacks, more meals mindset then. Thank you.

The latest I've heard, protein shakes spike unsulin, turns to sugar.
Just food would give you growth

Sugar is addicting....
Yes it's so addicting! I can easily eat a whole box of sugar straight. Keep that shit away from me.
Why is Nsima wearing his dad's shoes?
they are nice btw...
Vans are sweet. Remember those from skateboarding days a million years ago.
