I do video call consultations.
$200 for one hour.
My daughter was eating liver recently, her brother said 'yuck'. She said, "Don't yuck my yum!" LOL
😄
I like how the porridge is fed to the fire and the celebratory guests don't eat it. Love it!
Always amazed to see people living in such remote places on animal products, probably with fewer amenities, having big natural pearly white straight teeth.
Vit K2 from organs and fat is a key to healthy teeth. They get plenty of it
If you eat an ancestral (pre agriculture) diet, your teeth won't decay.
They take care of their teeth more because dental care is less accessible.
Just to clarify, the horse guy said that eating adult horse is not palatable, so instead they eat foal of the horse. This is true in other countries that eat horse, like japan and some Europeans, they believe adult horse meat tastes very strong and the horse should be kept on special conditions for a month before slaughter to minimize the taste of horse-sweat. Honestly, understandable.
Also, it's explained in the original video, that they only eat the weakest foals because those will persh during the harsh winter anyways.
Now apply this to dog meat
In Poland in 1990 we still had "kabanosy" (thin sausages very popular today but pork chicken and beef) from horse meat. Very good and very rare nowadays. Raw horse meat I never ate but I would fo 100% when the would be an opportunity.
@@tjx982 dog and cat meat has been eaten in russia due to times of severe starvation, and in other places in the world. In some cultures it is still done (Vietnam for example), but it is generally not excepted in most cultures to eat the meat of a predator animal. Some think it is less healthy or digests differently, some simply find it wrong.
Kinda useless comment u got there tbh🤷🏼♀️
@@MisterPartner. i didn't know this, so thank you. Horse meat has a unique taste to other animals and you may find it easier to buy it from stores that carry cultural products of traditionally horse using cultures. Even here in the middle east i can find this, oddly enough, square sausage that is either Tatar or Uzbek or something from that region. And it's made from horse.
Very much recommend!!
15:15 Goatis points out the strong, calm demeanor of the Yakut woman, Maria, and how different it is when compared with any of the women whose videos Goatis reviews. This is traditionally what femininity was about. Calm, strong nerves, self-assured, reliable, the centre of the home and family. Not neurotic, flighty, unpredictable, insecure, selfish and anxious like most modern day females.
I don't know what you're seeing, but most reviews they seem normal because everyone acts for the camera. It's impossible to tell from a 15min video
based vrilposter
I do like her demeanor but "this is what femininity is about". LOL. Should I classify what masculinity is about too? Seriously, dude.
People native to Siberia have the broadest faces, that I have ever seen. Their skin is usually really thick and full of collagen. This is what happens, when generations over generations have a really good diet.
It’s because they are Asian, they have wide cheekbones and thicker skin from the start, of course diet helped them to maintain it for generations)
Your most entertaining video in a long time. Thank you!
This looks like heaven to me
That diet looks super delicious and nutritious. A few years ago I probably wouldn't have been able to appreciate it. I will definitely be looking more into the Yakutsk culture.
Freaking amazing that a whole city accepts raw meat and doesn't see you as someone crazy for eating it. It's unfortunate that the city is so cold... But it's a blessing and a curse because it being so cold made it so that they were able to stick to their traditions and avoid shit like soy milk and seed oils (or at least I hope nobody uses them).
This video makes me think though... Does freezing raw meat ACTUALLY destroy nutrients or not? 🤔
yes, u get the point. Their meat naturally freezes, i dont know anything about this process. Flash freezing can protect certain b vitamins, but they will still oxidze as the time passes. The proteins will also deform, as the time passes. Most meat/fish in stores has been sitting in a freezer for months/years from the actual slaughter. Freezing does not destroy, but can reduce b vitamin content. It wont destroy but shift bacterial profile into histamine dominant. Proteins will be in-tact but de-formed. Freezing usually lowers water content too. Meat like that is still better than most cooked meat.
I would say no. A human body frozen keeps all it's organs intact. Perfect way to preserve nutrients.
Of course they accept it, they live in survival mode in dire conditions. Of course you would be seen as someone crazy when you’re trying to act like you live in survival mode but for no apparent reason.
@@hannah617 Survival mode is when you eat grains and veggies in the west.
It's environmentally sustainable in these regions because they can't grow much produce. That's the big difference between the Arctic and the rest of the world. For most of the world, eating all meat is not environmentally sustainable.
Also, these people may be more genetically adapted to eating all meat as well.
I found this woman’s channel about 4 months ago and I’m so happy you found it too! Great content.
Thanks to that traditional food russian nations are wise. Poland was too, first in Europe producing high quality food for generations. Unfortunately US and it`s toxic ideas for feeding animals and people has come.
I'm happy you made this review, some months back I wrote to you about the Yakutian people. There are many nice videos about their way of life, it seems to be a great place to grow up and to learn how to survive in harmony with nature, even though it's such a harsh climate.
Welcome Yakutia
Man we need more carnivore restaurants like this
@@skatinka5788 I would be honoured to defend that restaurant. Or I could get dogs

I loved seeing goatis’ soft smile the whole time 😊

It would be amazing to stay here for a little while and eat the way they do, very interesting video

This video was really interesting to watch !
In Bulgaria we also have blood sausages, I love the taste. I also remember eating brain as a child. And liver is very popular here, although we cook it. We also have something called tripe soup which is one of our traditional dishes. I don't understand how most western people are disgusted at the thought of eating such things. They are very tasty and nutritious.
@@MsTheShit101 Nice. Did you like it?
I love this video. I saw it awhile back on the red head girls channel. You Tube suggested it to me😂 Thank you for sharing ❤️
There was a documentary about the country with the best diet in the world and Iceland came on top. They would eat everything pretty much raw or apply the minimum amount of heat or process to the food. They had the darkest most nutritious bread and also the fish was either smoked or eaten raw and the freshest dairy on earth. Kids were super healthy, very safe / low in crime, and they are the greenest country in the world hence no pollution. The only issue is lack of sun and cold weather, otherwise I'd move there.
I went there in winter time and it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting! It’s a really great place to be, Reykjavik is a nice small city.
I've been there. There are so few people. The bloodiest brawl I've ever seen was in a small town in Iceland. And the alcohol is expensive.
What amazing content Goatis! It was so refreshing to see you be impressed by the video. Belle is gorgeous and glowing. Looking forward to more videos like this ❤️
This is just one of the most awesome things I've ever seen you guys rock
An amazing video! Captivating! Made me wana visit that place! Indeed, very calm, friendly people with their nerves intact!:))
Interesting how they eat it while still frozen. Fascinating vid!
You guys look so good together 😍
How often can I eat raw liver and how much. Ate 500g last night and feel good today but worried about over doing it? Thanks
Wow I liked to watch this analysis and know these people. Tks!
Throwing the butter/cream porridge in the fire is reminiscent of Hindus throwing ghee in the fire during rituals. There is something almost holy about these most satiating animal products, and cows in general. They are such a blessing to us.
@@Barbarossa97 Namaste, enward!
I’ve been to Japan (Nagano prefecture) and eaten raw horse (Basashi), and I have to say that it’s really delicious!
It’s cool the brain taste like egg yolks cause in Asian culture is always believed that egg yolks are good for the brain.
Blood sausage is also a very popular food in China and Taiwan.
Yeah brain is like mild egg yolk flavour, with similar texture to scrambled eggs. Not bad by any means! :)
@@carnivore-muscle that’s awesome! I have to try it one day. I miss eggs but am allergic to it.
@@KawaiiCat2 worth a try. Lamb brains are where it's at 💪
@@carnivore-muscle sounds awesome! I’ll have to see where I can buy it in the USA.
This inspires me to try frozen meat and organ.
No that’s exception in very cold region.
Don’t try frozen meat except animals comes from very cold region and temporarily freeze.
Frozen meat is normally harmful and u lose nutrition over 80% comparing fresh
@2:15 Goatis' face, proud moment when she mentions her diet is mostly about meat and dairy because there are no fruit or vegetables.. 😌
cold climate is really pretty and i actually like the cold, but the lack of sunlight sucks.
That blood sausagge made my mouth water mmm in România we eat it smoked its one of my fav food
You should come to Argentina and eat morcilla, chorizo, molleja, you'll love it
Very interesting how they look so similar to East Asians, perhaps the same ancestors?
Russia spans all over Asia if you didn't know..
@@nofood1 The rest of the Russian PEOPLE don't look ANYTHING like this. Only the people in the Russian Far East look similar to East Asians.
@@robertthegreat7045 I know, the way you stated it made it seem like you had no idea some Russians had "Chinese" features
No, Sakha people are Turkic origin.
@@Tw1l1ghTT Do you know the origins of Turkic people? The REAL Turkic people are from Northeast Asia (Northeast China and Mongolia) and are Mongoloid. Please don't mistake them for the "turkic" people of Turkey and other parts of the middle east, VERY different. It doesn't take a genius to see that they have common ancestors, they are CLEARLY East Asian looking.
Blood sausage (boudin) is really common in France and Switzerland too...
It was nice to see Belle in this video. I think she is so sweet . ☺
The first person to open up a Carnivore Food Chain will save the World.
Nice one gatis! Im hungry now😁
Amazing people and food.
They diet is full of natural colagen . It's something we are now lack off in europe. Colagen is the most important nutrient needed to keep skin looks young and healty.
@@QueenLaQueefa The weirdest thing about the modern human diet is the inclusion of grains. We're primates. No primates eat grain. Why are we eating it at all? So may health problems come from that one "food" group. Dental problems, diabetes and most probably heart disease, or at least the explosion of the latter.
In Latvia guts and blood sausage is a normal food.
You should review Australian Aboriginals next
I was salivating through this whole video lol
They get more nutrition eating the raw meat but isn't allowing the meat to freeze not as good as keeping it raw at room temperature though?
The meat freezes there itself. In summer the usually dont eat frozen meat
Seems like a gustative paradise but I'd prefer warmer weather
❤ that video!
I´ve always loved Blutwurst/Bloodwurst or roter Presssack/red Squeezesack both are german Sausages. Eli makes good content. I really want to visit Russia, especially the North someday.
isn't Siberia in south?
The usual german Blutwurst has too much spices in it

Thank you for this interesting video, Gatis and Belle!
It is an enrichment to learn about other cultures and their traditions.
These two women look healthy, naturally beautiful and have this calm demeanor (especially the one on the right side).
You are right Gatis, healthy nerves are key to a healthy mind/brain. It is said that emotional up's and down's are often due to blood sugar issues and a diet with too much carbs.
As others suggested, it would be nice to see more videos like this (the reviewing of various cultural eating traditions).
What still puzzles me is the fact that some people really do well on a vegetarian/vegan diet and others need a keto/carnivore approach.
Thank you
I like this one a lot actually watched it twice. What I've noticed is the calm and patience the host has. I wish her guest has embraced it more. Now I want to vacation there. 😩 Imagine how disgusting our food is to them.
Loved that she said we throw they flour porridge into the fire they don't really eat it. It's funny how the one thing they don't really eat is what she has many bites of. 🤷 Knowing that this is the better than what you usually eat you should be eating everything that you even remotely like there. She should have eaten all the blood sausage and 🧠.
I like this girl the most out of all his previous ones

It hell there in summer, it's extremely hot & humid.
Looks offal...she says haha. i'm encouraged to try more raw meat!
I would not call it a porridge. They just use flour for its starch content, so when they cook it, it makes for a really thick consistency. This is a good way to over-eat, as its crucial in this kind of harsh climate, to carry on extra fat.
Would you give your new born any vaccines? He has not had any yet just wondering. Opinions?
