You trained Josh Brolin to train for Gurney Halleck? That’s badass dude! One of my absolute favourite characters was trained by one the best fitness youtubers, that's not something you see everyday
I'm glad to hear the positive response about Sheamus! It's because of him that I found out about your channel, and both of your channels gave me a lot of motivation when I first started. Now to internalize that motivation, though!
Stallone has inspired you! Rambo and Rocky have kept me in shape and boxing my entire life. I'm 48 years old and still listen to Rocky music multiple days a week while working out. 💪 Thanks Sly
I'm in my late 40's also and grew up with sly as my hero. I still have to watch Rambo or Rocky if I see it on television even though i've seen it 50 times. The man is a legend as an actor and is still an inspiration now.
You know Jeff, Just like you got inspired by Sly, you did the same for me during my 20s. during junior high and high school, I got in serious shape and did Muai Thai, Parkour, and a bunch of other things in my teens, and lost it all till my 20s because I focused on attracting women, personal development, and my social and communication skills. After a tough breakup at 20, I wanted to get back in shape, and felt so hopeless in the beginning, dragging myself through it and feeling demoralized, after being able to lift 15 kg each hand as a 14 yo, but could barely life a dumbbell bar of 2.5 kg at 20. I have learned from you so much during this time, and being inspired but what you do and the incredible shape that you're in, I was able to get back my zest for training hard and was able lift more than 10kg on each hand in less than 6 months, learning from your videos and expertise. Today I'm at 22kg per hand. I don't compare to anyone, I just know that this progress means a LOT to me. I owe you today a lot of my knowledge about working out in a scientifically, anatomically optimal way, and also regarding nutrition, and it's thanks to you and you're amazing videos and content. I still remember the hours on end that I sat down to listen to you speak almost every evening during my healthy dinner each day during that time. I hope to see you on A-X Live when I get my money sorted :) Thank you and you're and inspiration for me Jeff!

Arthur Ashe was number one and he would constantly encourage the cadets and concede points to help their morale....my dad said he was the definition of a class act..... my dad ran into him in a airport in Germany a few years later when Arthur Ashe was number one in the world- to my dads shock he not only remembered him but ran over to hug him....he always said he was the most gracious athlete he’d ever met

Tate is well know for inciting hatred against women. It would be good to see Jeff stand against misogyny, or at least avoid upholding someone who is adamant (and in fact profits from) their misogyny. It is not enough to say that someone has been very nice with you. Surely, the most horrible humans in history have sat down for a cup of tea with someone at some point and been very nice to them. We are responsible for judging people for what we know about them - for what they do in the public domain. Obviously, this video is circulated on social media, by a social media personality, and evaluating other social media personalities. So, it does not make sense to only judge them based on a private conversation in which they were nice to you. Plus, you are not a woman, so Tate would have no problem being nice with you. I have used Athlean-X programs for years and I still do, and one reason is because I like that Jeff does not tap into all the misogynistic and homophobic macho tropes that are commonly used in the sports / physical activity circles and push people away from the gym - people who do not fit in with hyper-masculine stereotypes and are normally bullied in gyms. It would be good to see someone like Jeff stand against oppression and make a difference - or at least avoid unnecessary praising of well-known misogynists. And just in case someone thinks this is a matter of opinion, here is an article reporting quotes from Tate himself who "says women belong in the home, can’t drive, and are a man’s property." This is not the same as being 'controversial', and it's not enough to dismiss it all with 'think what you want' or 'he's not that bad'. Surely Jeff must have some women in his life like we all do. www.theguardian.com/technology/2022/aug/06/andrew-tate-violent-misogynistic-world-of-tiktok-new-star
It's great to hear your humility in meeting these people, giving them praise, and not bad-mouthing people, even if you didn't have the greatest interactions with them!
It’s so crazy that I watched that Maven video yesterday. This was the most unexpected crossover, albeit indirect but I still loved to see Jeff do this.
I really loved this more personal, unscripted video format, hope to see more like it in the future. With that being said, your comments about Tate kinda make it sound like you don’t know entirely what he’s being accused of. However I know that you said that this is entirely from your own experience, and who knows maybe he was different back then (or just nice to people he’s not planning on abusing), but if he was different he is no longer that person now, not with all the shit we have of him saying deplorable things
He's accused of taking money from girls doing onlyfans and tiktoks. He's a pimp maybe but not a human trafficker like what you'd imagine a human trafficker being, like epstein for example. Just cuz you dont like what says/said doesn't make him a criminal...
@@EequalsMCsqaured Maybe it’s been a while since you’ve seen the definition, so I’ll give it to you so you won’t have to look it up “the unlawful act of transporting or coercing people in order to benefit from their work or service, typically in the form of forced labour or sexual exploitation.” If he manipulated the girls into dong those things, ie they’re doing it unwillingly, then he is a human trafficker
@@JakeGreen-dw7vi I’ll also give you the definition of human trafficking so you won’t have to look it up “the unlawful act of transporting or coercing people in order to benefit from their work or service, typically in the form of forced labour or sexual exploitation.” As I’ve said in my comment above, if he manipulated them into doing those things, making them unwilling, then he’a a trafficker, plain and simple as that
"Oh my god! I can't believe it's Jeff Cavaliere!" 🤣🤣 Such a great vid. Love hearing how much love and respect Jeff has for people. Although, the Tate story is exactly how I'd imagine meeting the devil would be.
It's typical that Tate is polite with a guy who he thinks is equal or superior to him, but he's cruel to women etc. who he thinks are inferior to him. He believes only in rigid hierarchy structures.
I went to Arizona State, ASU baseball has a long and good history with a lot of players who have gone pro. You can tell Barry Bonds is exactly who you say he is because Bonds is without question, in terms of sports, the most highly decorated Sun Devil ever and you would barely know he played at the school. ASU doesn't hide he went there but doesn't go out of it's way to promote him and never did even prior the steroid era. When he was at ASU, he was such a jerk the players took a vote to have him thrown off of the team because the manager at the time Jim Brock said he would honor their vote. Well, Bobby Bonds got involved, politics came into play, and the vote didn't matter. It undermined Brock's power with that group but just goes to show how much he was disliked, even in college.
About that neck of Andrew Huberman. I always wondered: why didn't you build up your neck like all your other muscle groups? There are muscles in the neck after all. I myself had rather thin and long neck so I started to do exercises that Formula 1 racers use (and those guys have huuuge necks!..). Within 3 month I gained about 1 inch in relaxed state. So I think you should explore this theme of neck exercises on your channel. And of course thank you sincerely for all great videos and recommendations you make!
I'm a bit late... But man. Some of the things this guy says about the people in the photos almost teared me up. What an awesome video. Thank you for this one. Beautiful stuff. 🏆👏
Timestamps would make this video get way more views. Just a suggestion. It's a 30 minute video and most people won't be familiar with the entire roster.
Great video! That’s really cool how things came full circle with Stallone. Thanks for sharing that! Thats very inspiring! Yeah Jeff I actually discovered your videos trying to find a solution for my lower back pain. After following your coaching, and watching A LOT of your videos. I learned that my lower back was just weak and you were right. It inspired me to start in the gym again. That was in 2020! I’ve now done Train With Bane. AX-1 and AX-2! Literally all my friends and family know you as coach Jeff lol. You’re awesome man! Keep doing what you do! Also, I got to give Jesse his props , he keeps the videos interesting 😂
My friend (Greg Isaacs) was the head of personal training at Warner Bothers. He trained Clint Eastwood, Kevin Costner, Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston, Eddie Murphy, Cindy Crawford and many, many more. He is personal friends with Clint and Arnold (they wrote the forewards for his fitness book). He said in all his years, he only worked with one true asshole and that was Kevin Costner. He trained him for Waterworld and said he was a total prick and repeatedly tried to get steroids from him.
What's crazy is that David Ortiz is infamous for being bad at remembering people's names so the fact that he remembered yours make it that much more special.
Absolutely love this video along with the dialogue. Absolute respect!!! Always love to watch, absorb, and learn to be a better me. Thank you so much for all that you do!
Very sick and tired of men getting on the internet and saying “idk Tate was nice to me.” Yeah that’s pretty typical for misogynistic men…that’s kind of the point. It’s the treatment of *women* that is relevant. Bill Cosby was nice to a lot of people too. It really shouldn’t be this hard to understand. And pushing this “he’s nice and works hard!” just continues Tates harmful and destructive influence on men and especially young men and boys. It should not be difficult or “polarizing” to disavow someone who has openly and explicitly pushed violent and sexist propaganda.
I just wish they hadn’t even mentioned him. Ignoring the Tainte is literally the best way we can be rid of him. I was extremely disappointed they talked about him. He literally could have just talked about someone else. We would have been none the wiser!
Nice, Sheamus is on the list! I doesn't know a thing about his career but his videos, positive spirit, friendly jokes and serious work are contagious! He's really a good guy! Everyone would want to have friends like him hahaha
He was respectful because he was face to face with a gym bro, someone he can relate to. Anything outside of that, and you would have been treated very differently. Just be glad you aren't a woman, then your experience might have been extremely negative.
I think some of these need to have counterpoints provided. Some of these folks have been really terrible in other instances. People are super complex, it turns out. Except the Tate brothers. Those two are scum of humanity, just the worst that humanity has to offer, and everyone needs to know it.
cmon man, everyone has heard the shit Andrew Tate has said about women. Its not hard to say that he was nice to you, but has said dumb shit and is exploiting insecure teenagers for money
Hey Jeff, followed you for years and always recommended you to anybody who is interested. Could you do a video on bodybuilding and high cholesterol. Always looking on your takes on how to improve and with possibly half of Americans having high cholesterol we need your take on it.
Andrew Tate being polite to a white male with no intellectual or physical disabilities, and no opinions he vehemently objects to, doesn't surprise me. I am still just as angry at how AT makes me feel.
Interesting. Love loving yourself. Your self put downs don’t match up with who you are here. You look great and have provided me with secrets of training that sometimes I don’t think about… I just do it. And voila… great rest. I swear your guidance has helped me… at 55… accelerate progress… estwith core and flutes. And the other day trading shoulders I was sort of sho Jed at the muscles I could see. I am pretty low body fat… so it’s easy to see definition. I’m vegan plant based, recovering from chronic illness, and am so grateful to you for this amount of support. I’m no supermodel… however I remember to love myself. And know I look my best. I’m also single… 😛Thank you and Jesse so much.
Why on earth Jeff thought it was a good idea to defend Andrew Tate here is beyond me. “He was alright when I met him” 😂. The mans been charged with rape, human trafficking with more evidence coming out today of grooming. Dreadful decision to include him in the video.
Your pro wrestling connection? LOVE you even more! Growing up rooting for the bad guys, hated Hogan, but HAD to respect Sting. GREAT vid. Would love more of the cuff material.
Awesome video! Makes me more invested in your teaching. Really appreciate your candor. Just became my number one go to for insights and info on my training path. Thank you.
Sylvester Stallone is one I do like amongst a few others you named. But as a weight lifting truck driver, the character of Lincoln Hawk fits me really good. Sorry not into arm wrestling,Bull Hurley. But a muscular truck driver is what I am achieving. Be able to work out in a very confined space or outside my truck. Sitting with confirmed 15 in bicep and maybe even 16 by now, along with my shoulders starting to show up really has done alot for my self image at 49 years old. Wish I starting earlier but never too late to start.
You end the video with Sylvester Stallone? My hero? Dang, that's how you end on a high note. 🤝🏻 If you're a fellow Sly fan, you're a man of culture. 👊🏻

However I know that you said that this is entirely from your own experience, and who knows maybe he was different back then (or just nice to people he’s not planning on abusing), but if he was different he is no longer that person now, not with all the shit we have of him saying deplorable things
One thing is what they accused him for and what he's done, get your facts straight and don't talk from ignorance.
@@JakeGreen-dw7vi I’ll also give you the definition of human trafficking so you won’t have to look it up “the unlawful act of transporting or coercing people in order to benefit from their work or service, typically in the form of forced labour or sexual exploitation.” As I’ve said in my comment above, if he manipulated them into doing those things, making them unwilling, then he’a a trafficker, plain and simple as that
The Icon Sting!!! Absolute LEGEND! Love him.
"Oh my god! I can't believe it's Jeff Cavaliere!" 🤣🤣
Such a great vid.
Your actual exrx is the best on UA-cam. Second place is not even close. The fact that you’re a Met Fan makes it all the more fulfilling to watch it.
Big fan and you always motivate me Jeff, but this was frick'n awesome. Great stories.
Love the personal side of these videos
Jeff Cavalier has been by Syvester Stallone and inspired me to be a PTA. The wheel keeps on turning!
Yes! Let's have Jesse on to talk about skating and/or show us some skate tricks!
We would have been none the wiser!
lol who cares
Geez so much hate in one comment
@@KM-hk8tc exactly.
I dont like tate also, but why are you complaining about jeff mentioning him, while you do the same in the comment section? Kinda defeats your point.
Glad the Top G and Tristan are on your list of good dudes. Cheers from Socal USA!
I think some of these need to have counterpoints provided. Some of these folks have been really terrible in other instances. People are super complex, it turns out.
Except the Tate brothers. Those two are scum of humanity, just the worst that humanity has to offer, and everyone needs to know it.
As a Bostonian, we ALL love big papi! What a story
I can't imagine inspiring your hero. Full circle indeed.
Informative and cool video.
I’m on the other side of the Atlantic so I have no idea who most of these guys are but this is pretty cool insight regardless
cmon man, everyone has heard the shit Andrew Tate has said about women. Its not hard to say that he was nice to you, but has said dumb shit and is exploiting insecure teenagers for money
what did he said?

😂😂😂😂😂
stallone is just one of the greatest human beings ever.....i love that guy...from the first time as a child i watched a movie called paradise alley.
Hey Jeff, followed you for years and always recommended you to anybody who is interested. Could you do a video on bodybuilding and high cholesterol. Always looking on your takes on how to improve and with possibly half of Americans having high cholesterol we need your take on it.
This was so awesome and so wholesome. Respect! 🤘
I was waiting for Jesse to hand you a picture of Jesse.
This is such a cool video, Jeff. Thanks for sharing, man, wow.
Sly and Dolph are the best....and the Rocky movies shaped me a lot in my late teens
Awesome video! Makes me more invested in your teaching. Really appreciate your candor. Just became my number one go to for insights and info on my training path. Thank you.
I'm not american and I literally knew only 2 of those men, the rock and stallone
You don't know Josh Brolin?
The Rocky training montagés got most of us into working out!! ❤
Good one, Jeff! Really loved your story about how you connected with Sly Stallone!
It’s not surprising - good usually attracts good…
Loved this.
No Aamir Khan? Something for the Indian fans here?
Khan is a pakistani name though.
@@frakismaximus3052 ummm nope. Khan is a muslim name. There are more Khans & Muslims in India than there are in Pakistan.

I paused th video at 5:10 just praying: "Oh god, please let it be Vince..."
I already know I'm wrong but man I so wanna be right.
LOVE these stories! David Ortiz gets it! Sounds like a great guy.
As an English man....... I have no idea who half (if not more) these athletes are 😅
Nor should you. :)
We dont see this kind of brotherhood everyday. Well done boys for this great video. 🙏🏽
Never clicked on a video so fast 😂
Absolute same 😂
8:40 David Ortiz
18:35 Derek Jeter
21:00 Tom Glavine
You end the video with Sylvester Stallone? My hero? Dang, that's how you end on a high note.
🤝🏻 If you're a fellow Sly fan, you're a man of culture. 👊🏻
It's telling how many times Coach Jeff expresses love for others. What a great guy! This is a wholesome as channel and I love it 😭
Jeff works HARD to find something good to say about people you can tell he's not a fan of. HAHA. Good on you Jeff.
Great video. Great stories. Great channel. Period
