What strikes me is that 3 members of the same family (Penny, Ron and daughter-in-law) seem to be the last 3 people who have seen either Nicola, her dog and phone in a period of 23 minutes - all connected to the Caravan-Holiday park just a stone throw away. The phone didn't walk by itself to the bench (the police were careful not to say Nicola walked to the bench). Penny, Ron and his wife must have bumped into each other within minutes around 9:30 on the way to the caravan park and field that branches off on the footpath.
Incredulous that the police did not cordon off the bench area, nor any other area, nor have they searched the Caravan park the first day of the disappearance - and before having any proof to the contrary, discounted other possibilities.
We also know that Penny, who not only has the Caravan-Holiday park but fields with animals grazing on it, and has access to them. Penny was hopping mad about people letting their dogs lose nearby, because perhaps some may have attacked her sheep - dogs don't respect nor understand boundaries. Maybe Penny had enough and knowing people's routine, went to the field with a piece a string/rope to tie up a lose running dog - and the dog owner may have objected to that.
Nobody said Penny was walking any dog that day - why was she on the field with a piece of rope at the time when Nicola was. Did the old man see Nicola with Penny on the upper field when her dog was barking?
How come Penny didn't see Nicola, even though Penny must have been in the field circa 9:10 and the first to see the cell phone on the bench at around 9:20 as she was leaving through the kissing gate, when the phone was placed on the bench by "somebody" according to the police. Why would Penny call Ron and sister at 9:33 when they too were there at the bench. An intriguing puzzle to solve when so many bits of information is on the table.

I am absolutely stunned that the locals don’t want this to be solved and don’t want to assist anybody trying to solve it. If Nicola was attacked nobody is safe unless of course they all know who did it and why. It is in all of their interests to resolve this so the fact that they do not want the truth and a deep investigation speaks volumes. The kind of thing Miss Marple would love. The narrativeof Nicola's 'issues' that came out under the umbrella phrase 'family' is completely in contradiction to Nicola's parents earlier interview and description of her state of being.
The night before her disappearance, she had been planning a spa trip with her sister Louise and discussing what treatments they'd get, according to her mother Dot.
At the time, her parents were looking after her daughters while Ms Bulley took a business call. She was 'upbeat', having recently secured a new client at work.
Recalling their last conversation, her father Ernest told The Mirror: 'I said we better go now and Nicola came to the front door, and I gave her a kiss and told her I loved her and that was the last conversation I had with her.'
Both Ernest and Ms Bulley's mother, Dot, 72, said their daughter's disappearance was out of character and revealed that they asked police if 'there is any chance' she has been abducted.
Asked about their daughter's state of mind in recent days, the couple said there had been absolutely nothing out of the ordinary.
She had no health problems that they knew of and was enjoying her job.
Ms Bulley, who 'lived for her children', had also bought tickets to watch them perform in choir and gymnastics shows in recent weeks, Dot added.

It certainly doesn't entice anyone to want to stay at that nice looking caravan park. No wonder that poor man wants to sell up and leave.
I hope he enjoys his holiday in Spain. (I really like his nice jacket.)
I would be inclined to lodge a freedom of information request regarding these alleged complaints from locals who are taking offence to out of towners taking a walk in public access areas. What channels are bothering people? I haven't seen any on UA-cam and I can't speak for that other one, do not watch it.
I thought that officer was nice and we don't know what he said to the 'locals'. He is just trying to stop any escalation that might occur otherwise... and I do not mean by this channel because this gentleman is affable enough going on these videos being produced.
I do want to know more about the key comment made by that nice gentleman stating someone had been in his van. Also that he informed the police but they didn't check it out even though he was open to it. The police said they had searched there.
We do know that searchers do not enter premises and that only police are able to do that because the owner of the house being renovated on the other side of the river had told the searchers checking their land that they could check the house if they wanted to do so and they replied that was for the police to do.
I suggest that you provide all your footage to the inquest with your comments regarding what others have stated that don't have adequate and reasonable answers. Also actions that are not meeting the timeline that they were purported to have been done on ie: the various areas supposedly searched that various people can show footage to prove that nobody was there searching at said time.

At some stage prior to finding Nicola’s body in the reeds, search dogs were employed along the river banks. They would definitely have located her body if she was there.
Something very unpleasant about the way this case has unfolded.

Elizabeth I totally agree with you, this case has been totally bizarre from day 1 referring to how the police have dealt with it . This is why there is still so much interest days after she was found, nothing adds up and the police statements have only contradicted themselves. It’s so obvious to the massss that this investigation has been corrupt from day 1

In my opinion I think the young male who was calling you names might have something to do with Nicola’s Bulleys disappearance & the older women might be related to him and of course is not wanting him to be caught so she rather defends him.

Something is fishy here. It's always been. The Lancs Police did a superficial - to say the least - job and it's the public's duty to keep this topic in the public eye for as long as possible, lest it be swept under the rug. Justice for Nicola ❤
