I'm a grown man and Ive literally never cried when listening to an interview with a CEO before but listening to this man doing what he can to help others in a way that puts them first and profits after made me tear up. People like him in business are extremely rare and I'm just glad that I was given the opportunity to hear this. I am more than happy to support this man's mission by purchasing his product over another company solely based on his morality and how he cares more about us than money. We need more people like him.

really loved this interview. being new to hifi audio, it feels like many, if not all, cable companies are trying to justify why they charge ludicrous prices for their cables. Hearing this guy makes me realize what's important and to invest in small business. I wish this guy the best. I just put in an order and looking forward to using them. Thanks for sharing this.

Just got my Hart Audio Cables, love them. Much better than the super stiff stock cables that come with my Focal headphones. Love the interconnect system, much better than having to buy 3-4x cables to fit my needs.

CheapAudioMan recommended these cables during a zoom, and I found the very helpful review on your channel. This interview is amazing - it really is well done and I feel so good making my purchase for the custom cable (Meze 99's) and the full kit of interconnects for my Hidizs and soon (Geshelli E2) headphone amps. This is really a great company with a great product. I hope they grow and I suspect they will ;)
I ordered a few cables and interconnect kit with custom color acid purple diamond from Hart a couple weeks ago still have a couple weeks wait which I don't mind a bit because the price is so reasonable. I wanted nice cables at a good price. I don't think a good cable should be cost as much as the headphones you're using. Keep up the good work man.
Yes, I agree. HAC found a sweet spot for cables, and I've told James several times his pricing is perfect. Nobody else can touch him at this price point. Periapt can't lower their prices because of the larger staff they have; the silly $100+ cable manufacturers don't care to come down their high pedestals; and Chinese brands don't have HAC's charm and American build. James just needs to get ahead of his orders.
I will be giving Hart Audio my business from here on out.

Very reasonable prices. Made here in US and I’ll always try to support our own guys over anybody else. Can’t say anything regarding quality as my orders haven’t arrived yet but I’m sure cables will do exactly what they suppose to do..... connect my cans to my front end.
just ordered the multi kit and a new cable for my HiFi Man Edition XS . Can't wait.
Got the multi kit and few cables love em , honestly then went back to him and emailed him for a custom order for my HD800s and NDH20s ( stock cables for these are either far too heavy or long lol ) , anyway he has replied back multiple times and been very very friendly
The 3rd certainty in life of an audiofool with deep pocket is stupidity. $150 for $10 cables???
Thanks for the hint. Noted. That interconnect kit is a must for the ones having multiple amps. Not my case today though.
Great interview. I'll definitely be a future customer. I am looking into saving up for the Ananda but I have read so many comments that the cables are terrible and even end up breaking eventually... So aside from the headphone price, I couldn't really find a reasonably priced after market cable. I get Periapt and such are smaller companies but over $100 for a ~6ft cable is insane IMO since I personally don't think cables make an audible difference. But seeing how reasonably priced and customizable Hart cables are, I def plan on using them as my aftermarket cable provider.
Welp, just ordered a Diana V2. While I wait for that to arrive, I will be questioning life choices and looking for an aftermarket cable that fits properly so I have some versatility and redundancy. $550 for a cable? No thanks, JPS. Anyone know if a Hart balanced mono 2.5 cable will fit?

As an owner of $1,800 HD 800 S, you will definitely buy another cable because the two that come with the HD 800 S are manufactured poorly. $300 and the cable falls apart *guaranteed* over time. Made of the same garbage material used in iPhone charging cables, you know those ones that randomly break apart for no good reason while the competition never does.
Awesome interview & genuine man. I'm a novice in the audiophile world. But, as a proud American & fellow working man in doing something he loves while supporting his family. I went ahead & spent a small fortune in my eyes. But, damn well worth it. Don't regret it, just hit the complete order button. I'm sure I'll be pleased, I have my whole color scheme in red & black. So that is a bonus

I would love a different length extension cables like a 10-ft cable interconnect on their website so I don't have to email with them that would definitely help out and keep customers coming back and satisfy a lot lot more people like if you agree

yes the US has a list of countries you cannot sell or ship any electronics to. They are very strict and fines can be in the $millions and jail time as well.
Hi James. Can you tell me what gauge of wire you are using for your cables? That's always been an important factor to me. I want thicker wire for lower resistance but then you have to worry about stiffness! I made a custom cable with 16ga wire and it is great, but sometimes I don't enjoy having a tow rope around my neck. ;)

Of course it’s an advertisement. And I’m damn proud of it. But unlike other reviewers I don’t get paid and don’t get kickbacks by promoting a company. And, frankly, I’m glad to promote and endorse small companies that provide excellent products for competitive prices.
