Hi Jesse, would you please take a look into the scenario depicted in the movie “The Day After Tomorrow?” I heard a reference to the Beaufort-Gyre (sp?) event or current coming off of the ice area in between Iceland and Nova Scotia ish and how it can trigger a massive cold weather storm like what they show in the movie. All this talk of excessive heat on land and water makes me wonder if enough of the ice has melted to cause the shock of a cold ocean current to set things in motion. In the movie, the scientists were really surprised by how quickly the super cold storms formed and how cold they were. I couldn’t tell how plausible the scenario is, but you probably could dial right in and make a good prediction about it. Thank you for everything you do. 🙏❤

Hurricane Charley back in 2004 was all forcast with the models to hit Tampa area.......out of the blue as it hugged the coastline it took a sharp right hand turn and headed towards Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. NO BODY PREPARED BECAUSE NO ONE FORCASTED IT TO HIT THAT AREA. Needless to say the damage was catastrophic. It was cat 5 just before landfall...... with a 1 mile wide eye. Very small.......but brutality powerful

I remember that one! My friend, and I had just moved to Orlando from another part of Florida, where we don’t take hurricanes seriously until I get to a cat3. Anyway, when we left the house, it was only a tropical storm. We went to see a movie, and when we came out everything was boarded up. And my roommate and I were joking around Saying “oh ha ha these people really take tropical strikes seriously here don’t they”. Then come to find out it had already increased to category 3 in that two hours we had gone to the movies . That was a wild year for hurricanes

    Mr. BP:
The hurricane is 200 miles per hour . This is a Cat. 5+. It does not seem to slow down as going into warm waters. No Sahara sand in it’s path. Texas is processing Sahara sand right now. They think it might hit Houston. Not sure if this the true track.
The sun flares are affecting this storm. We will know more tomorrow.

Maybe gusts to 175, but not sustained winds.
Its pretty much a fish spinner now. It's entering sheer+ dry air environment, which will weaken it.
It's going to go south of Jamaica,by quite a bit.
Area of impact still Southern Mexico,as a weak hurricane.
