    THANK YOU for this amazing tutorial!! It's been so long since I used a sewing machine and I honestly don't remember how to use it, and I need to hem my bachelorette dress.

      Omg so exciting! Well this will be way easier and prettier than a sewing machine would do anyways. Have fun!

    This helps so much, I'm a plus size girl and I ordered a skirt, it said it was my EXACT size and all but it wasn't, it was a bit bigger (well it is bigger) than what I would of wanted so instead of returning it for a new one.
    I wanted to fix it to my size (including heming the skirt so it won't be long), and this helped so much. Thank you!

    Using this on my uniform so I don't look like I'm wearing a cardboard box (doesn't help that our uniforms have the texture of paper)

    Does this work with uniform skirts?

  • @Sealust50
    @Sealust50 6 місяців тому

    I'm surprised that you didn't make any kind of amendment to the raw edge that was cut off to shorten the fabric. I thought you had to do that before the actual hemming was done.

    • @cinderellasew
      @cinderellasew  6 місяців тому

      You could fold it under before you hem if you want!

    THANK YOU for getting to the point quickly, AND for providing great advice. 🤍
    (GOTTA say - I DON'T love love the "YO YO YO This is Cinderella Sew" intros...They remind me of Ed Lover's old school, corny "YO MTV Raps!!" segue. I TOTALLY get that you want to use a catchy intro line so we'll remember your channel, etc., but you're obviously clever enough to come up with better/more original phrasing. NOT hating on you AT ALL!☮️... just my "two cents".)

      @@rosetatum1694 Nah. Simply REAL, HONEST & FORTHCOMING about, what I ENSURE to MAKE CLEAR is simply, MY personal & HUMBLE OPINION.
      EXAMPLE: In MY OPINION, YOUR reply to my largely positive comment was not only a waste of time & energy, but would be defined by most (including myself) as TROLLING & HATING by a pathetic, self-loathing individual who MUST bait & hate on others to fuel her incessant & unwavering need for ANY kind of attention from ANYone willing to respond to her ridiculousness.
      See? THAT's a simple, HONEST OPINION...AND any "aggression" perceived within said opinion is most certainly NOT passive. It is OVERT & PURPOSEFUL.
