Adding the tarps using epoxy putty was a nice touch.

I was hoping you could show more in depth how to sand a two piece gun barrel in the most easiest way? I find it quite hard to sand round objects so they still look good.

Hey Andy.... Instead of mixing 3 different colors for your Track color...after the nato black coat try a fine layer of XF-9 " HULL RED " it works quite well That's what I've used on my tracks. Try it !

hey Andy! just wondering what grit of sandpaper should I use for sanding out seam lines, edges and burs to get them nice and smooth?

Only the letter marks on the sides should be the same letter ד, you made one of them a mirror reflection of the letter ד.
The letter ד means a company deputy commander tank.

great video. i'am new in this. please tell me, why did you glue all the parts before paint them?. Some pieces that have details (weapons, boxes, etc) can be painted before being glued?
yes , you can do it both ways I find it easier to paint the whole thing, except maybe tools, those I paint separately.
Small correction at the end its Merkava Mk IV not II D. But indeed very nice review and assemble.
IDF vehicles are pretty cool looking. Do you have plans for other IDF models in the future?

I love that you are doing a little bit more of modern armor, maybe you can do a S-Tank (strv 103) or a CV90 in m/90 camo pattern (yes im a biased swede) for an upcoming video :) .

Hello Andy. Do you degrease your models before handling? In one of your earlier videos you said that you don't use a primer because (according to your opinion) it isn't necessary. How do you deal with sweaty fingers? The paintjob is awesome in all of your videos, but will the paint stick over a longer period of time. Hope this was good English. Keep up the good work. Hi, no I don't degrease them , tamiya paint dries very fast and when it dries I clear them with lacquer

the lower hull looks to a copy of tamiya's m60 as the assembly looks very similar
Yes, it's Tamiya's orginal hull from the 70's. Amazing how many kits show up with it.

I was given a big bag by a friend , I'm not sure where he got them but you can find them doing a google search.
How many hours/days does it take to build and paint?
gardehusar24 it can take one day if you will work hard but usually for it takes 3-5 days
Andy I have a question do you have any tips on a good manufacturer for 1:35 tanks scale tanks, I am making a 20 feet by 30 feet diorama and I might make a stop motion Movie with it. do you know any companies that will make a Panzer VIII Maus, please note it must roll for effect purposes. thank you!
How about a build with figures? I find the figures are more difficult than the vehicle.

Do phi recommend academy to someone with 4 Tamiya tanks under there belt?
Yes. Basically Academy kits are just like Tamiya, but they generally include more "goodies" that you would have to add to a Tamiya kit.
Yes Academy is very similar to Tamiya, should be no problem.

I don't know about any of you guys, but model paints have gotten ridiculous in costs. $10+ per small bottle of Tamiya paints and knowing the average kit needs atleast 8-10 different colors.....Model building has now become a rich mans hobby ( I say that not joking )
10$ per Paint? You should try EBay, they sell Tamiya paints for 3.5$ plus shipping, or try Lucky model, they are also very low prices.
