Absolutely top 10 life moment for me. NO ONE was expecting them to play this. It was my first time seeing them live and Bleed was the first song I ever heard from them. So thankful we have a recording of this moment
FUCK YEAH! i couldn't make it out, but this is exactly where I would have been! rock on! Meshuggah was my best live concert experience, utterly the heaviest thing ever! front row or bust!
I’m pretty sure I saw Tomas say in an interview that they’ll never play Demon’s Name is Surveillance live, but they’re playing Bleed for the whole tour
@@Skeletal33 but it comes with a sacrifice of no light to shortening fuse Pravus and hurt that finds you first. And yes STILL NO NMCC. The least they can do is put one Chaosphere album song on there(NMCC)
The only single thing that sucks about Meshuggah concerts are the crowd surfers. I've seen them on Brutal Assault, best live performance I've seen by a long shot. But getting a shoe in your head when you're not looking would spoil it for me if I wasn't as calm xd
Did they bring back any other old songs? The setlist on the last tour was kinda weak in my opinion. I was bummed out that they didn't play even a single track from Chaosphere, so I was hoping they'd at least bring back New Millennium Cyanide Christ or Mouth Licking What You've Bled or maybe something like Neurotica that they almost never play. There's also a few songs off that album that I've never seen them play live that would be really cool like Corridors of Chameleons. I also wish they'd bring back Perpetual Black Second from Nothing because that song hits super hard.
@@darkallyrecordings4931 yeah I checked out a few of their recent shows. They all seem to have the same setlist. It’s cool they brought back Perpetual Black Second/Electric Red/Bleed and Humiliative, but still no Chaosphere tracks. :(
The fact that they can just walk out, play this song perfectly, and leave, tells you everything you need to know. We are in the presence of gods.
this band will be talked about for decades after they end. they are the greatest, no question
I love that they just walked on and played it like it never left the setlist.
Because it was planned
I saw them in October of 22 at The Warfield in San Fran. Was expecting it, it never came. Haha.
I wonder if they’ll ever bring combustion back to their Setlist for 2024
So far they haven't but man I wish they could play it another time, i would go nuts on the mosh pit
fuckin boss! just walk out and drop bleed straight up! lol
Starting a song like that is Godlike
THEY’RE PLAYING IT AGAIN
there's no way they can just play this song perfectly. one fuckup by thomas and there's no recovery, and yet he never ever fucks up
It's almost like he's been practicing or something.

I've seen them twice now (including yesterday) and they are still the tightest live band I've ever seen
Cant believe theyre playing Bleed again, I thought they were done with it after Tomas's injury.
His injury was his hands, not his feet. He had severe skin rashes on his hands
They just got tired of playing it. It gave them more time to play a few different cuts plus it’s a grade a bitch to play.
This is the hardest drum track in the world, played by maybe the only person who can do it 100% correct, every single time.

@twilightcoda8572 true, right on
@twilightcoda8572 well yeah sure, but those covers are not made in one piece probably
I was right behind you. Thanks for the video!
Wow, brought back a classic
Great show. I was there with my son. Meshuggah's light show was perfect for each song. Their sound was epic.
I had my son with me as well, his second time seeing Meshuggah, they never disappoint 👍🏽
I swear since the 90’s.. This is the hardest working band in metal!! They 💯 deserve the recognition they are receiving these days!! METAL GODS!!
Holy sh!t. These guys are the king's
Just saw them in San Diego on the 21st, encore set was truly a treat, my second time seeing Meshuggah and my first time seeing them ever play Bleed

This then Demiurge was a perfect end to the set. Incredible show 🔥🤘🏻🔥
Wait they played demiurge?? 😮😮
I’m surprised they didn’t end with FBM like they always did
