During cloud connected. I put my 12-year-old daughter on my shoulders and we jumped into the mosh pit and got right to the front. MoshPit nowadays are a little bit different than they used to be. When they were full of 18-year-olds because now they got a 55-year-old guy with a 12-year-old daughter on his shoulder and everybody’s protecting me. it’s pretty cool. We got to the front at Lamb of God and slipknot.
@@TorqueBow in the intro part, you know they play that riff section twice? he does a chuggy thing in between. you know it's better if you look this up and go straight to the demiurge part "MESHUGGAH`S - Monumental Headline Act: Bloodstock Open Air 2023 Full Set Premiere" and you'll see what im talking about, it sounds so cool
Their show would be extra sick if they had a similar backdrop like Tool uses, the screens and trippy animations would fit well with Meshuggah. Im sure that is expensive as shit though to do what tool does.
I am sure they would love too, but then again your ticket prices would reflect that. Also, those types of shows are Full arena size, with 10000 plus peeps. You remember TOOL ticket prices right?
I actually saw Meshuggah with Tool twice in 2002. Those were the days. During "Third Eye" Tomas and Fredrik came out and played with Tool. Tomas did extra percussion and Fredrik was on some kind of.... electronic thing. I dunno.
Their first demo under the name Metallien was pretty decent. The death core chug chug djent crap they've been putting out for the past three decades stinks though
I genuinely hope I get to see these guys live before they stop touring. One of my bucket list items for sure.
People who say this song is boring aren’t paying close enough attention
Who says its boring?

This song hits so hard shook the whole theatre in Seattle last week!
Would expect nothing less from the mighty Meshuggah! 🤘☠️🤘
Best live band ever.
Demiurge is an earth shaker
It was a great great show. Whitechapel was awesome. In Flames only had a 35 minute set. They deserve more.
They played 11 songs which was about 40 mins...But yes, i think they could've slipped one more song in there.

Whitechapel was an afterthought. In Flames and especially Meshuggah blew them out of the water
That’s her brother. Bless you. You made my day!
aww fredrik stopped doing that little chuggy thing he was doing few tours ago

@LoudFlashmedia do I ever. Just spent $500 for floor tickets to see tool and $85 for meshuggah lol. The tool tickets were worth it though to me.

Tool sucks
Was cheaper to see tool 😢 then meshuggah in boston but meshuggah also had 3 other bands playin with
This sounds like that one Meshuggah song
Just read that Jens is 57. You go and try screaming like that at that age.
Bananas.
He's actually not screaming. It's a controlled method that allows him to add gain to his voice as if he were screaming.
Look up Melissa Cross. She teaches metal singers how to growl and "scream". She's awesome
Him and Randy Blythe are considered the greatest vocalists of their respective genres

Well obviously you are one of the FEW who think so

Still waiting for your Grammy nomination I see
How does it feel to fail at being an elitist dork?
metallien had none of these guys except fredrik
