Depending on the viewpoint, the Grim Reaper is even kind. He/It makes sure you don't enter the afterlife alone and makes sure you get where you're going. And Life absolutely adores him. She's constantly sending him gifts that he keeps forever. 😁
This video made me miss the Grim Reaper from Sims 3. One of my sims befriended him in their childhood, and Grim showed up to his college graduation. Since he wasn't there because someone died, he didn't show up in his robes and with his scythe, and I got to see his face. He had jet black skin, with a mile high black pompadour that had purple highlights, and was wearing Hugh Hefner style pajamas.

Imagine she kills her sister by accident in a fit of rage and when the grim reaper appears she’s in a trance love at first sight so she sets sights on making him hers but realises the only way for him to appear is death so she starts offing half the town just for them to get together 😂
My Grim reaper loves my child... literally sounds disturbing it is! My child dad died and he stick around for days to take care of my toddler xD later on mother died and he stickt around 2 days for my kid becoming best friend, then grandma died and he started flirting interaction of his own with my teen sim! (enable teen with MCC) But still !!... I was like 'Ohyeah true love... ' now that she adult, she never can have him... sad ending, and I wasn't even trying to make sad story.
Wasn't this possible in the beginning? Then, EA removed the option for some strange reason... Kinda sad as you could have Grim Juniors running around in the other Sims' games (excluding Sims 1) if I recall correctly.
You actually can try for a baby with him by removing the IsGrimReaper trait and then those options are unlocked. If you want his smoky effect and deep voice back, you can re-enable the trait via cheats.
My Sims' favourite colours and hobbies change with every playthrough; once, my Grim Reaper disliked the colour black. Poor guy. The irony wasn't lost on him.
hold the shift key and click the grim reaper, select "add to household" you can interact like a normal sim but he still acts like the grim reaper, tings get a bit weird in cas though {this is basegame}
Also have u ever tried to have a baby with Night Wraith?He’s a ghost that was a spellcaster in life till he died from overloading and is now a ghost that haunts spellcasters as a curse I believe u can interact with him
I have used the mod by Gauntlet101010 a few times myself. I find that Karla makes great videos, entertaining and fun to watch. She is also a great storyteller and just enjoy listening to her.

I did this myself about a month ago, similar to you I killed the sim I lived with and then had to add another. I killed Summer Holiday and they ended up sending a different grim reaper than the first. I ended up flirty with both, but I wonder just many there are out there.
U can u just have to take away his reaper powers so he’s not really gonna be the reaper anymore unless u give his powers back idk if this cheat still works or not I’ve heard rumors EA might have disabled it but u have to use traits.remove_trait GrimReaper after typing in testing cheats true
You cannot build up a romantic relationship either with the grim reaper (at least it didn't work for me) it said that he's not interested in that stuff, however if you use cheats you can do that. YOu don't even need a mod for kissing and having a baby with the sim reaper, you can just do that with a cheat, you will see that the cheat worked because the smoke will disappear to and he will have hunger, sleep etc. as well

If you do want to have a baby with grim without mods, with the new science baby update if you add grim to your household he can have a science baby with your sim. It can’t happen the other way round though

I tried this as well. Can't even go on a date with him once you start the event and go to chat or whatever it closes out the date because he can't kiss and etc so I just ended up collecting reapers and making them a household🤷

The mother was pregnant and after she gave birth she died as a young adult and the orphan baby was taken to a orphanage for orphans and the mother was living with her grandmother after her husband died and left her baby girl Elise at the orphanage. The young adult mother aged 13 was a teen mom before she had her daughter Elise

I captured some prisoners and some of them died but then I discovered you could add the grim reaper to your family but then he can’t be the grim reaper so it makes another grim reaper for dead people so I got like 3 grim reapers and locked them in a dark room
So I just tested this and the only way I was able to do it was playing with the genes thing through cas. I checked if I could still mary and have a baby with Patchy too and it still works. LOL I tried the one where people said remove the grim reaper trait and for me the cheat doesn't work. (I had to ADD Grim To Family First. and make it so they were married through CAS. Same with Patchy)

In The Sims 2 there was an old woman in strangetown who did woohoo with grim reaper and had a baby from them. It was actually written in her memories.

You can using cheats to remove the grim reaper trait, which will unlock the hidden options, and then add it back on for his exclusive effects back.

Remove trait, woohoo, re-add trait. Don't kick Grimmie out too quick though... He's a marvelous house guest. Clean, loves to dance, and very humorous.

One of my favorite cheats in the game is the "traits.remove_trait isGrimReaper" one because that opens SO many storytelling routes and whatnot.
You have to turn on testingcheats true and shift click the Grimm reaper and add him to your household then you can woohoo him
