You can go through CAS and set whether a sim can get someone pregnant or get pregnant, but I don't know if that would affect their job if they're an NPC!
It shouldn't as long as they remain an unplayed "not in world" household. So if they are edited with MCCC "Modify in CAS" they should be ok, but if you add them to your household and then edit them in CAS, they'll lose the job. That's been my experience at least.
Patchy has a whole family in my game. When you change his everyday outfit..whenever he appears on any lot with a patchy…he’s in human form…to sleep on the tree he goes back to scarecrow form
I cheated patchy to be a parent as well but read that alot of people a few generations down experienced glitches and they all believe it was due to cheating patchy in the family, but I kicked him out of the family as soon as he performed his duties so hopefully their will be no problems

In the Sims 3, I made a male sim inpregnate every female sim he could, to the point that the game sort of soft-locked and quit generating new townies to move in. Every sim in the town was related by my male sim.

If I have more than one toddler, I start aging them up so fast because toddler SIMS stop being cute after the first two days, especially when your SIM keeps having multiples.

Could've changed the service persons gender or go into cas, keep them a female but set it so that they can get others pregnant. That way she's the one that get knocked up and keeps them babe
In my game, the one time service worker is almost always a different person than the regular service worker. you could try if it's the same in your game
If you go into MC Command you can change the settings so any partner can get pregnant from unprotected WooHoo or Try for a baby. Doesn’t matter if they are same sex or not. That way your offspring will be biologically linked to both parents and you can avoid adoption. I prefer my “targets” get pregnant so I can have as many children as possible without having to take care of them.
There is a option with the mccc or the mcwohoo mod where you can set the target sim or the acting sim set as the sim who get pregnant against the possibilities. You can set that at the pc in the MC Comand Center. That would make your playing sim always as the target for pregnancy.

In your MC Pregnancy option in the Command Center you can click the option of "Start Pregnancy with.." (Or something along those lines.. 😂) and you can start a pregnancy with any sim, male or female
The WTDs are under the piemenu Relationship wellness. You can remove and give WTDs when you click sims health. And, in Mccc you can change the settings so that women can impregnate 🙂. Its under Wohoo or pregnancysettings from de computer. (Jupp I do this crazy shit too 🤣)

I was like, "heck no, he's not even a sim". So some time goes by and they become friends but she continues to have whims about him and being flirty so fine, I enter him into create a sim to see what he looks like and ZAANG Patchy is FIONE. I'm like "ok girl knew what she was talkin about, you can have him". So I have to cheat to make them have a baby and when their son grew up, I almost changed his name to Zaddy because HE WAS FIONE TOO.
Ok here is how to get ur sim pregnant but they are dating a girl! First, go to CAS Then there should be 3 or 4 dots when you click on their profile After that, select “get others pregnant” And there u go!

MCC but you have to click on the computer. Took me six months before I ever found it. There's a mass of features on there.
