Yea.. you don't want a wet belt transit... stay safe 🏴
10:20 Dad you can't be too sure about these matters, only last week that calf's bum fell off!
The farm I was on wrapped the headland ( the end rigg here ) first for silage . Made life a lot easier especially the way the Haybob throws it back at the start
Decent Transit you've bought. Nice to see trust still exists in business.
Wow Mr P you got a bargain Transit there nice 👍🏻
Hi Ian, watched a farmer in the US he get the Amish to mow his fields, six tractor units turned up with young teenage driver, they had it laying down in no time.
I bought my Transit flatbed from a one man band dealer over your way, back in the 70s. Worked well for 5 years and I had a queue of guys wanting it, New Transits were hard to get hold of then. Went of the dig a tunnel under the Suez canal and earn twice as much and a bit more as being self employed in UK.
Get the cab covered with a sheet to stop the grinding sparks on the glass
A very good Monday evening to you all
Good morning Farmer P, nice video!!!! nice good looking Ford Transit Workhorse 😉👌👍💪💪💪💪💪
Great update! Nice looking truck and nice looking hay too!
Evening farmer p mum p abbi holli emma sam bisskit and ur other dogs
Great vlog again and thanks 4 taking the time and effort to make these vlogs 4 us to watch❤
Love u guys💙❤️💜💚
If that were clover hay, there would be no leaves left by now
Thank you for another life Sunday
Nice tidy looking truck Ian could here it an see a little black dot in the clouds
It looks like a very good buy,if there are no problems with the truck
Good get with the 'new' truck. Looks pretty clean. When you're in the tractor and BISKIT is riding with, do you ever think she wonders who in the Sam Hill you're talking to? 😂. That's good looking hay there.
We don't even have a barn for hay, so wrap is the answer 😅. Mowed on wednesday, bales on saturday, turned twice. And no worries. 😅
But it looks pretty good, too bad we can't smell it though! 😅
Great video as always mr. P. 👍👍👍👍
Interesting , I know nothing about trucks and such .
Glad it worked out .
You did right as the new Transits with the wet belts are not worth bothering with.
Transit looks OK - and it got back to home from Chievely. Even new stuff can be trouble (Don't ask me about Discovery Sport) Fingers crossed for you - Good Luck.
That was a hell of a sneeze!
Henry Ford would thank you for buying the truck!
Transit t450 rear springs gives it a carrying capacity 4.5t check the v5 to see what it's rated for before if its registered as 4.5t the only one that would be able to drive it is you and Martin unless the younger lads have taken a class c 3 test
I was always under the impression that the t350/450 was just engine size , not weight , i know my works t450 box van was still plated to 3.5 ton . Went like a rocket compared to the t350’s the later guys had
@tractorman810 350/450/750 is the weight they can carry the 750 is a rare beast as its a 7.5 ton they were mainly mod and armer plated the transits had 1.9tddi 2.0tddi 2.2tdci 2.4 tddi 2.4tdci engines 2.4 engines are always rear wheel drive 2.2 optional front or rear wheel drive but all variations of the engine could be spect to 75 85 95 105 115 125 145 hp that's what makes the difference in how they go the difference in horse power is done by different injectors and turbos they also have different gear ratios in the diff which changes the excelloration and top speed I had a t350 with 2.4tddi 85hp was slow as hell till I changed the injectors turbo and diff
@@tractorman810they’ll have different gear ratios
What's more important ? Fish and chips or farm work. 🚜 you going to have a few bails to pick up or have you picked them up ..
lol ahh litter picking vans! First tree team I was on ran a van very similar (not quite as high) and we definitely didn’t chip so much we had to close one door to keep chip in and drive 80miles with it😬😬😆.The eyelet on the side is to hold back the rear door 🤪.
Hmm I can see you getting a conditioner mower soon😬
What did the grass say to the hay field? Mown mown mown. Well I get it anyway. LOL
Farmer Ps reputation is impeccable!
Did famous Dave get his vehicle fixed and back to work.?
Pecking order for the van & tree team IMO
i should watch it with the finger prodding he might think a twig and snap it off lol
a good polish sing write good to go
Nearly ready for a bigger tedding machine
very good video as always 👍❤😊😊😊😊😊😊
Rather stylish with the sunglasses
23:53 great content again
HELLO: "IAN" HOW ABOUT THE FUEL FROM THE TRUCK ?. IS IT THE SAME AS THE FARM MACHINES WORK ON ?. ORE DO YOU HAVE TO TANK IT BY A LOCAL GAS STATION ?.
When it comes to the new transits, I can only say I like to drive them, comfort for me at 186 cm and big built is very good compared to other Vans, but that's the only positive thing sadly.
Need a van myself hard to beat the old transit 's , bar the rust prioblems
Will you try for a test tractor for carting?
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊
Thought was a newer cherrypicker van
Turn the new cage into a dog home for pepper when she norty

What PPE do your lads use to stop a rogue finger poke
@@WillHughes-gz2zl
Training and a fore warning can easily mitigate any lack of PPE Will. 🙂

Doing childish tricks on a worker up ladders working with power tools not setting good example. Be difficult to explain to H S E if he fell
@@bobcrawford2105 I totally agree Bob. Fortunately for me the power tool was neither a cutter or driller, Mikey had three points of contact and two blokes to catch him, and a fore warning of what was going to happen. He was never in any danger. Stewart on the other hand, we weren’t quite so prepared for him to choke on his sweet.
Congratulations on being the first though 🙂👍🏼👍🏼
