    This is a 20 minute yoga sequence to help with shoulder and hip mobility, both in strength and flexibility. Be kind to yourself as you do this practice, and don’t worry about pushing as far as possible in each posture. Also, have a pillow, bolster, and blanket near by for seated positions if you need it.
