My niece was an Uber driver and one night she saw a person on the ground and went to see if they were ok sadly they were not and to this day she still has bad days and one of the police officers stays in contact with her to make sure she is ok
That happened to me. Not an Uber driver but I was driving home from picking up takeout and, while at a notoriously long stoplight, at the gas station across the street, I noticed a really cool truck. (Brand new Ford F-150 Platinum). As I looked over, the driver’s door opened and I saw the step side automatically appear from under/the side of the truck. Immediately afterwards, a man fell out of the truck and onto the concrete. I ran the light, jumped the curb, and ran to check on him. He had fallen onto his head and was bleeding. As I wrapped my hoodie around his head, I realized he wasn’t breathing and had no pulse. I yelled for the people pumping gas to call 911 and started CPR. We were in a small town, and this happened while there was a house fire up the road, so it took over 20 minutes for even the fire truck to arrive. A retired EMT stopped and helped me with compressions (it’s exhausting). Anyway, it didn’t matter. He was gone before he hit the pavement. (Heart attack, widow maker) I will never forget. His family showed up and asked for the video from the parking lot and figured out who I was. The man was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, friend, neighbor, and a proud Shriner. That was about 13 years ago. I still think about him often.

@Vale0x3 you dont necessarily need to know someone personally to be able to tell if they are "sweet" or kindhearted, or in general just what is in their heart and soul. Some people it reflects on their exterior enough for others to see it. There are also some people who are just better at reading others. Im also a pretty good judge of character, and this girl is seemingly a very sweet, honest & sincere, southern young lady.
I don’t get how she initially says that the person was upset, then they ask her not to use the word “upset” but eventually asks her again about the person’s demeanour: “was she upset?”

This was very hard to watch this young lady, so very distressed. Poor little thing. I really feel for her, I think she is very very brave, helping by testifying on the stand. Well done darling. I hope you can now start your healing after witnessing something so horrible. For those of you who have never seen a deceased person, I pray you never do, let alone have to testify on the stand . Any human being would be nervous taking the stand in a case where you found someone deceased. If you say otherwise you are lying. When you are emotionally traumatised by that event, of course it would be hard to keep your composure, when in an intimidating environment. Think back to when you were 20 years old? Why are people so mean? This is exactly why people get nervous.

It's youtube not court tv you need to go to newest comments to see your comment that you think have been deleted but haven't
Yeah, someone might have reported you. That's most probably why YT deleted it. Don't take it too personally. My account has been deleted by YT twice after I reported bullying. According to their policies, you shouldn't report others too often. I will now comment sometimes and just let it be. YT should actually stop all conversations because nobody can keep up with their rules. 😂
@James_Doyle83 some channels do have moderators. Don't know if CTV has.

Sometimes the channel's moderator(ok it's a guess on my part) deletes it if it doesn't conform to his/her agenda.

They've deleted a few of my comments when it didn't suit their agenda.
Praying God heals this beautiful young ladies heart after seeing what she saw.
Hugs to this young lady having to re- live that night again. The agony of sleepless nights waiting for this hearing
A thousand apologies; I deleted my previous comment because after watching this in full, she really is quite charming and is a qualified witness in my book
I've done the same thing and, like you, apologized. Lesson learned 🙃
@@angiehayes7397you two seem rare...take care
@@oh-duh it's just so much easier being kind 🙂
@@kingdelbert much respect to people who apologise for their mistakes such a good trait 🙏
@@suzannesmith5953 Granted it wasn't anything too awful like the previous comments about her fidgeting; just a little immature
Poor Girl 🤦🏻♀️ I wished she was never called to drive there. Im confused on why the Wife had to call her for help...why not anyone else!!
Maybe they had become good friends over the years and the wife knew that Meghan would be a support.
@@gemmag.2988 smh to find a dead body and be a witness in court!? That's not support that's PTSD for life.
@@jjjmom6232 You don't think things over like that in an emergency!!
She’s so young and traumatized for life. Very brave
“I said during” okay queen
She is beautiful. And clearly she's very empathetic and was deeply impacted by what she went through that night. Her courage and compassion are inspiring and I am confident she'll be able to move beyond this traumatic incident and use it to make her stronger and fulfill her life's purpose, which seems to be centered around helping others, specifically children. I would like to give her hug.
What a sweet girl. I hope she gets what ever help she needs to process the PTSD I’m sure she has from this
Fiesty smart beautiful articulate !!!! Haters will be haters
She is young and nervous, leave her alone
What a sweetheart. She is so uncomfortable and nervous reliving this horror. She is a beauty and having experienced this trauma, i pray she works through it all.
The defence lawyer is brutal... 🤭 I'm glued to this case now.
I didn't think he was anything really... what is the case bc I'd like to watch it but don't know what's going on exactly other than someone got run over.
Well spoken young beautiful lady. I hope she heals through this. I wish you a bright future full of happy encounters 🎁
She's seems involved. Everyone manipulated by her fake crying with no tears and pretty face. She acts as guilty as can be of something
Poor kid
God bless you my dear stay strong ❤
This girl looks like Maureen McCormick/Cybill Shepherd. May she find peace through this tragedy. 🙏
You must be my age. Cybill Shepherd 😊😊 I've forgotten about her.
In the south young girls love sun dresses and she is so nervous that is why she is fidgeting please stop putting this brave girl down she is very young so you old bags stop your remarks I hope she can get well soon psd is real folks
Excellent witness providing very well spoken testimony and did not get distracted by any movements at all. She did very well for such a young person.
A very brave young woman!
I live in SC and nvr even heard of this case. She did a phenomenal job tho. I can’t imagine how traumatic that was. God Bless her ❤
Yes I live close to Camden SC and I'm surprised ive never heard of this case
@@LewisBrazelz oh wow! That’s awesome. I love Camden. It’s such a cute little town. Nice to see someone on here in my neck of the woods.
Wow, reminds me of scripture..
“For jealousy makes a man furious, and he will not spare when he takes revenge.” Proverbs 6:34
Sweet girl 😢 what a traumatic experience for her. I sure hope she has help working through this ❣️
Poor thing she's so nervous and about her appearance shut up she's truly traumatized
Bless her heart. What a difficult situation to be thrust into. She did really well for a lady of any age. Great job, sweetie.
God bless you, sweetheart...Amen.
How traumatic for her to experience 😢 and then to go through it again in court. Awful
God bless this young lady!
I would be an absolute mess on the stand. Public speaking is terrifying to me. This young lady is amazing.
People commenting rudely have never been in these circumstances & quite frankly have no idea the impact & the PTSD that comes with witnessing such horrific events
I know this is totally off topic but her eyes are STUNNING!!!
