Thanks Michael for keeping us updated about our weather! LOOKING FORWARD TO RAIN 🌧 TREES ARE THIRSTY as well as all our Vegetables! Also looking forward to cooler weather and enjoying our time outside 😀😂😊😂😊❤🎄🌧🌨🎄💯☔🌂🌈‼️‼️
I appreciate your consistent weather analysis. We are so blessed to have such a skilled and experienced meteorologist that really understands the PNW weather patterns and forecasts. I'm always pleased to see a new PNW Weather Watch video drop.

Good to know there is some cooling to come, though this old moss-back has been loving this glorious heat here in the Fraser Valley. One doesn't walk in this; one 'sambas' down the road. Loved that dust-devil snippet. Here, it is as if the Pacific air is holding its breath - not a leaf is fluttering... Here's hoping that the smoke lifts for y'all down the parallels.
@@mitchgillilan Mossback (usually written as one word) describes a generally older resident of the PNW who has been out in the drizzle and wet of our long winters for many, many years. Generally applies to older men who grow beards and body hair that suggests moss. A term of endearment for those adapted to winter who love our green paradise and consider the many months of cool rain that ensures that as one of the good things about the PNW. But like many such terms, your mileage might vary concerning how endearing it is, or for that matter its correct definition.
@@mitchgillilan Me too. But it is puzzling to my non-PNW friends when I refer to myself as such, and go walking in the mist and light drizzle to become one with the moss.
As the weather doesn't know any borders, your forecasting is genuinely appreciated north of the border. Always concise and full of facts. much appreciated.
8:15 pm Friday 9/6/24 4 miles west of Monmouth, OR Lightning flashes about every 2 minutes visible... 10-14 second audible delay means all that is within 3 miles or so, in 3D Hopping weather activity.... hoping for no groundstrikes... it's dry as a bone around here in the woods.
