Rainy day in the Rockies - CPKC Laggan & Mountain Sub - Rocky Mountaineer and Freights

On June 16, 2024 we ventured out onto the Laggan Sub to check out the Rocky Mountaineer at Morant's Curve. While the weather wasn't great, with on and off rain and cool temperatures just above zero - it turned out to be a fun day trackside. The low hanging clouds over the mountains made up for the rain and we saw some a few trains.
We'll start out at Morant's Curve with 302 and the Rocky Mountaineer, then head westward over the continental divide at Lake O'Hara where we'll see the Rocky and CPKC 112 grinding up the Big Hill. We'll then follow the RMR to Field, Ottertail and Golden and finish off the video with CPKC 301 featuring CP 7014 in the Script Heritage Scheme at Palliser.
