@@HowtoAutomotive what if you fill up the reservoir then loosen the blender skew and nothing come out?
A little bit of air come out and the reservoir does go down a bit but nothing comes out and coolant stops coming down from the reservoir.

Replaced a thermostat, filled reservoir but nothing comes out of the bleeder valve. I assume you don’t want to start the engine or do you? OK, I spent 10 or 15 minutes looking around at more videos to see if I could find an answer. When I came back I decided to open the valve again and Wala it was bleeding. Must’ve taken a while for gravity to work the coolant through the system. The tank was dry when I started this project which may have had something to do with it. Great video. Took maybe 20 to 30 minutes to get the actual replacement done.

Hey quick question is there 2 gaskets that goes on, when I took the old thermostat housing off it was a O ring on the Block where the thermostat housing bolts in at and the gasket that actually goes onto the thermostat or is it just that 1 gasket that goes onto the thermostat bc I basically did everything you did in the video and my car started back overheating. Also I didn’t bleed it either maybe that’s why it ran hot possibly
