Just did my first use of the epilator underarm. It hurts, but doing it in short sections at a time got me good results. Still had some leftovers but any missed ones were easily plucked with tweezers.
@@LonelyPandora i did it. I managed to get rid of all the hair down there, even on the behind. It was really painful though. I did small areas at the time followed by a break. It took me hours to finish everything. Weird thing is that it was less painful near the lips than up towars the pubic bone. I am hoping that next time it will hurt less and there will be less hair because otherwise it is not worth the pain. And i don't want to get waxed because i am too shy to spread my legs in front of a complete stranger unless it is a gynecologist. And shaving just doesn't work for me. It gets so itchy after three days and the hair grows back so fast. I also troed shaving cream but it is not very healthy. It has a strong smell like when you colour your hair. I used to use it on my legs as well and it took my skin colour away. Not even kidding. To this day i have lighter skin from the knee down and it takes longer to tan that part. Given how well sill epil works on my legs and armpits, i am really hoping it will be a solution for pubic hair too.
@@snowchips9596 Only a little but that's because before and after epilating I exfoliate my skin to ensure that it reduces the amount of ingrown I get. It's the same thing with shaving or waxing or any form of hair removal. I may get an odd one here or there but it's not so bad.

I bought an epilator few days ago and epilated my legs the day I bought it. If you're like me, you likely feel the need to shave your legs 2-3 times a week. My hair is blond on my head, but for some reason dark brown/black on the rest of my very pale body (including eyebrows) so two days after shaving I see growth already and it bothers me. I was terrified of the pain but my annoyance with the hair won. When epilating my legs I left my legs unshaved for a month (I didn't read reviews on time). Not gonna lie, it hurt- but I took my time and made breaks when I felt I needed to. Fifth day and no hair in sight 🥳 As for the pain- I'd say us women generally are very often in pain- think eyebrow plucking, waxing, pain in your feet and ankles after spending a day in heels, period cramps, hormonal changes, giving birth... we are genetically equipped and we keep "equipping" ourselves to handle pain. So don't worry, you can take it. It does hurt but you can so take it, trust me.
Update: I have managed to use the epilator on my armpit too and this hurts way more and is hard to navigate without hurting yourself because of the area. I bled a bit too because it'd clamp on the skin too. I need to learn to use it a bit better. Also, hair on my legs started growing over 15 days after epilating which is honestly amazing. I also immediately notice how there is less hait growing- it's not much less but sides of my knee for example are not growing at all. However it itches a lot 😂 so I guess weigh the downsides and the upsides
