Noreen, the Bosch wasn't even on my radar until I saw you try it out years ago and I have been a convert ever since getting my own! I've had cinnamon rolls on the brain a lot lately, and then I stumbled across this video- I think the universe is telling me to make cinnamon rolls!
Hair bonnets?/???? you are a GENIUS!!! Thanks so much for this idea..listen Noreen, I'm 65, retired and relearning about cooking & stuff from watching you, you are simply amazing!!
These cinnamon rolls are the best I've ever eaten, Making them again tonight they are to die for, thanks for the recipe and tutorial Noreen, My family loves them
Thank you for leaving your review! I've made like 4 different cinnamon roll recipes over the past few years and they were all terrible! (None from Noreen) so I look forward to trying these!
making these right now, they are rising on my heating pad as I type can't wait for first rise the dough smells amazing and my mouth is watering..lol. hope they are as good as yours looks. I have never had any of your dough recipes to fail me yet, they are all wonderful especially love the pizza dough recipe. Thank you Noreen for sharing.
Amazing, I think I can actually taste them! I remember years ago a line of people waiting while they made another batch at Cinnabon. So easy to make at home. Tall glass of milk and homemade buns, here we come! 😋
WOW. I love cinnamon rolls. Brings back fond memories of when my mom made them. I really miss her this time of year. Easter was her favorite time of year.(now I'm sad) Thanks for sharing your recipe with us all and HAPPY EASTER to you and yours. Blessings.
hi Noreen. OK so I have been watching and re-watching your bread videos and cinnamon roll videos. This week I have made your sandwich loaf and cinnamon raisin bread three times! I keep giving it away and my kids keep eating it up everybody loves it so much. This is now on my list. Maybe even for today. I want to thank you for being such an amazing teacher. I am learning so much from your videos. Thank you so much for inspiring me. My family and their tummies thank you as well. Oh and I used the powdered sugar recipe to glaze the cinnamon raisin loaf yesterday. Absolutely delicious.
I love your recipe and i like the way you explained everything to us viewers Im making them as we speak🤣😍 And i well be coming back to let kno exactly how they taste I added honey roasted pecans to mines 😍😍😍😍
Noreen.... I have begun to bake breads again... I had to,mafter watching Heather bake your Perfect Bread... so here I am again... I can’t wait to make these cinnamon rolls for my family. We are in Stay at Home mode here, in Ohio... so there is more time to bake...and I have been knitting and crocheting little preemie/Angel blankets for Cincinnati’s Children’s Hospital, which is whrperebmybdaughtervwirks. Your Perfect Bread recipe is better than any of So... I know the Cinnamon Rolls will be wonderful. the KA ones...I can’t believe how soft and yummy it is. I just put a sliced loaf in my freezer for toast.
These look amazing Noreen! I have to have cream cheese in my glaze and brown sugar is my choice in the filling - makes them just like a "Cinnabon"! I'm drooling...
Oh my goodness these look ah-mazing!! Hubby has been asking for homemade cinnamon rolls. I think I will make these on Saturday for Easter breakfast. Thanks for another delicious recipe!
I hope your doing well. Doing my part to help by watching your past videos. This looks delicious. Now I'm looking for if you have a tea ring with nuts. Thanks
The cinnamon rolls look delicious. Wishing you and your entire family a Blessed Ressurection Sunday! I was wondering if you would consider making a video for "Texas Sheet Cake" please. I don't remember if you've already done that or not. Your nails look lovely.
It does make things easier and more efficient. It also helps you get a better quality dough in the end. You don’t need one and you can do it by hand but having one is nice.
They were so so so good! But I think I did something wrong. I used the brown sugar like you did and it stayed grainy. And I don't know if I used too much or didn't bake it long enough. I will continue to make this recipe and find a way to tweak the brown sugar 💜💜
Evie Tancredo, I've made these the night before. I take them out of the fridge and straight into the oven while it's preheating. In the time your oven beeps when it gets to 350°F, the dough will rise again. 😃
No. These will need to be baked off when you make them or they will over rise. Even in the refrigerator. This is not a recipe developed for overnight rising.
Hi Mrs. Noreen! Thank you for your video! I have been using Heather's recipe from the Kneedy Homesteader for cinnamon rolls. I was wondering if we can add chocolate chips to the dough for this recipe? My son is asking for chocolate chip cinnamon rolls for his Birthday.
I don't see any reason why you can't add chocolate chips or raisins. I'm going to add chopped nuts to mine. I guess you'd need to pay attention on how much sugar to use as chocolate chips/raisins are already sweet on their own.
Hi Yvonne, I would melt the butter and milk, let it cool to baby bath warmth, and then add your yeast and let it sit for about 5 to 10 min, it should get foamy
You would add the liquid from the recipe and a bit of sugar and the yeast, stir and allow to sit for ten minutes. If the yeast blooms it is proven and you can proceed with the recipe.
ok dumb question, did you use self rising flour? Asking because self rising is hard to get here in Danmark, I can make my own but if it's not needed because of the yeast I won't bother. Thanks!
@Kaththee1 I NEVER use self rising flour. I prefer to add my own leavener and salt. I find no need to purchase a separate flour for biscuits and I make a light fluffy biscuit that would rival any southern meemaw. Just a personal preference.
A printable version of this recipe is available on my website here: bit.ly/2J23rSJ
Hi I can’t get to your website certificate expired 15 days ago!
@@yoyo7107 Sorry for the trouble. I have been working on the problem with my provider. It should be up soon.

😍😍😍 I have to get a stand mixer!!
You don't need one. It can be done by hand like any other yeast dough.
It does make things easier and more efficient. It also helps you get a better quality dough in the end. You don’t need one and you can do it by hand but having one is nice.
do you have a bread maker ? that works to sooooo good
those look so good and do you have it written down on your website

Oh my goddess those cinnamon rolls look absolutely amazing 😍😍😍😍
I like to make a runny cream cheese frosting to put on mine.
Rick doesn't like cream cheese frosting. But you should use what you like. We prefer this one.
These look so yummy.....and your nails look so pretty!
Looks like a hit!
Noreen has me making cinnamon rolls at 5:30 at night 😂😂 thank you for the recipe 😊
They were so so so good! But I think I did something wrong. I used the brown sugar like you did and it stayed grainy. And I don't know if I used too much or didn't bake it long enough. I will continue to make this recipe and find a way to tweak the brown sugar 💜💜

Yum☺👍👍👍👍👍👏💞
These look good! Perfect timing since I signed up to bring cinnamon rolls on Sunday! Can you substitute almond milk for the milk ?
Please Fedex 6 of those cinnamon rolls. They're wonderful!
Love the nails!
Noreen, I do not have either a Kitchen Aid or Bosch, how crazy is it to attempt this dough just manually kneading? thanks
Where's the coffee? It's almost wrong to eat cinnamon rolls without hot coffee! Thanks for doing it in the Bosch! Very helpful.
Could I use freshly milled flour for this recipe?
I want one for my wife and I. The gas stove oven we tent our home kinda out.
Y you don't have the Recipe on the list I would like to try this recipe I hope you will have thank you
It will be available on the website later today. I am one person.

Can I just make up the rolls and put them to freeze. Or do I need to bake them off first. And how do I freeze them.
You must bake them off. You cannot freeze the dough raw.
NICE !! What kind of flour did you use ?
All purpose. I hardly ever use anything else
Can I make them the night before and then just bake them off early the next morning?
Evie Tancredo, I've made these the night before. I take them out of the fridge and straight into the oven while it's preheating. In the time your oven beeps when it gets to 350°F, the dough will rise again. 😃
No. These will need to be baked off when you make them or they will over rise. Even in the refrigerator. This is not a recipe developed for overnight rising.
This recipe is not developed for overnight rising.
Hi noreen I only have active dry yeast not instant how much would i use for this recipe ? Also do i have to proof it as well? Thanks in advance
I have no idea. My recipe used instant yeast and was developed with that type of yeast.
Can I leave the dough square instead of cutting it into rolls
Hi Mrs. Noreen! Thank you for your video! I have been using Heather's recipe from the Kneedy Homesteader for cinnamon rolls. I was wondering if we can add chocolate chips to the dough for this recipe? My son is asking for chocolate chip cinnamon rolls for his Birthday.
I have not done that so cannot guarantee how it will turn out.
Noreen's Kitchen Okay thank you!
Have you ever added raisins? My mom has been craving cinnamon/raisin rolls. I would love to make her some.
I don't see any reason why you can't add chocolate chips or raisins. I'm going to add chopped nuts to mine. I guess you'd need to pay attention on how much sugar to use as chocolate chips/raisins are already sweet on their own.
can I use rapid rise yeast?
You will have to proof it first
Noreen's Kitchen how do you proof it?
Hi Yvonne, I would melt the butter and milk, let it cool to baby bath warmth, and then add your yeast and let it sit for about 5 to 10 min, it should get foamy
That is not how you proof yeast.
You would add the liquid from the recipe and a bit of sugar and the yeast, stir and allow to sit for ten minutes. If the yeast blooms it is proven and you can proceed with the recipe.
Noreen where did you buy your mixer
There is a link to my Amazon page where you can get it in the description box below the video.
I just found your vids and I love how your husband (I’m assuming) always makes comments in the background 😂
Do you deliver?
👍🏻
Can 2% milk be used instead of whole?
Yes
Thank you! I made these tonight OMG they are sinfully good!!
ok dumb question, did you use self rising flour? Asking because self rising is hard to get here in Danmark, I can make my own but if it's not needed because of the yeast I won't bother. Thanks!
I used all purpose flour. I never use self rising. No need when I always have flour and baking powder on hand.
@Kaththee1 I NEVER use self rising flour. I prefer to add my own leavener and salt. I find no need to purchase a separate flour for biscuits and I make a light fluffy biscuit that would rival any southern meemaw. Just a personal preference.
What brand of mixer is that?
A Bosch. Link in description.
Can I use I packet of instant yeast..I only have packets...1 packet enough?
No you will need to measure out a tablespoon.
Drooooollllllll...
